OKAY SO. video i watched.

and uh, here's my comment.

"im a 'trust, commitment, attachment, and dependency issued cry baby who falls for people who treat them bad' hbu?

(in all seriousness im probably a explorer or negotiator.)

another thing, like said in the comments i've read, dopamine and serotonin are neurotransmitters (there are about 4 types of happy-centric neurotransmitters, correct?) but testosterone and estrogen are not.

 so here's some thoughts.

one: maybe you usually are two? like a explorer-directer, explorer-negotiator, builder-director, or builder-negotiator. that would make sense, as a lot of people in the comments say they are a mix of two (maybe one would dominate the other in some situations?)

two: maybe replace testosterone and estrogen with oxytocin and endorphins? though, that wouldnt make all that much sense. so maybe add them with dopamine and serotonin? like it could colide with what i said earlier. explorer-directer, explorer-negotiator, builder-director, or builder-negotiator + oxytocin-director, oxytocin-negotiator, endorphins-director, or endorphins-negotiator.
no idea what they'd be called though?*

i actually didnt know that much abt either oxytocin or endophins so heres some stuff on them:

oxytocin - "Oxytocin is a hormone that also acts as a neurotransmitter in the brain. ... It is not a bliss or hug hormone, but it does appear to be connected to human emotions and the regulation of childbirth and breast-feeding. In humans, oxytocin is thought to be released during hugging, touching, and orgasm in both genders." - psychcentral (i have no idea how trustful they are, but a lot of these im reading say similar things?)

"It is sometimes referred to as the "love hormone," because levels of oxytocin increase during hugging and orgasm. It may also have benefits as a treatment for a number of conditions, including depression, anxiety, and intestinal problems." - medicalnewstoday

endorphins - "Endorphins are among the brain chemicals known as neurotransmitters, which function to transmit electrical signals within the nervous system. ... Endorphins interact with the opiate receptors in the brain to reduce our perception of pain and act similarly to drugs such as morphine and codeine." - medicinenet

"Endorphins are morphine-like chemicals produced by the body that help diminish pain while triggering positive feelings. They're sometimes referred to as the brain's "feel-good" chemicals, and are the body's natural painkillers." - everydayhealth

*maybe endorphins could be the athlete/exerciser? i honestly have no clue what oxytocin would be, maybe the novelist or something?

(im not a neuroscientist, though i do want to enter in that field along with psychology/pharmacology. but still, take what im saying with like..4 grains of salt.)"

also, another person's comment! this one is critical of the theory of four love types, and i agree with it. but im also a little bitch who loves to think maybe we're one of four love types bc IMAGINATION but idk
