Aaron sat in the dugout with his head phones and microphone being interviewed. He was asked the usual questions about the previous and upcoming games. The interviewer then switched to a few questions about Aaron's personal life.
"So Aaron, we've seen a girl wearing your jersey who sits with your family at the games...is she someone special?" the interview asked.
A smile grew on Aaron's face as he looked down blushing, "Yes, that's Y/N."
"Is this your new girlfriend?" the interview said.
Aaron laughed, "We've actually been dating for almost a year now. She just wasn't able to come to too many games until the summer."
"I bet you're happy that she has been coming to be more games" the interviewer pointed out.
"Definitely, she's the best" Aaron gushed.
"So how did you meet Y/N?" the interviewer asked.
"We're actually both from Linden, California" Aaron said.
"Well, it seems like she makes you really happy" the interviewer said.
Aaron giggled again, "Yeah, she's amazing."
"Is it love?"
Aaron's smile became even bigger, "yes."
You were currently on the coach of your and Aaron's shared apartment watching the interview. The interview was not live, it aired about two hours after it was filmed. While you were watching you received a text from Aaron, 'be home in 10 minutes xx'
Your attention was called back to the T.V screen when your name mentioned in the interview your stomach started to bubble with nerves, however you quickly learned that you had nothing to be nervous about.
Just then Aaron opened the door. You smiled at him as he walked in, "What's that cute little grin about, baby?" Aaron asked you.
"Oh, just you" you said getting up from the couch to walk over to him.
"Me?" Aaron asked wrapping his arms around you.
"Well I saw your interview," you pointed to the T.V, "...you're too sweet."
Aaron smiled as he leaned down to kiss your forehead, "I really do love you."
"I love you too" you said reaching up to press your lips to his.
