The title of the song pretty much covers this. For those of you who don't know, I actually struggle with anxiety in my day to day life and it can be hard sometimes. Let me just say, panic attacks are not fun.
Anyway, anxiety is the inspiration for this song, along with things that cause me to be anxious such as change and the fear of failure.
Even though it's written from this topic, it has a pretty upbeat sound to it and I wrote it as inspiration to fight through the struggle.
