Chapter 25

" Hey, some people want to visit you!" Tasha called out.

" We're not "some people", Strappy," Y/N stated.

Tasha looked at her and rolled her eyes.

" And I'm not Strappy," she implied.

" So don't call us "some people"," Y/N deadpanned.

Tasha rolled her eyes again.

" Go and roll your eyes more, maybe you'll find a brain back there," Y/N said, getting annoyed.

Tasha face turned red and she was about to reply when the door opened, revealing an old woman wearing a black cloak. Her face was quite terrifying as she had wrinkled pale skin, long pointy nose, small black beady eyes, and thinning grey hair that might fall off completely in any minute.

" Why, do come in." she croaked and invited them all in.

They all walked inside and stood uncomfortably. The space was big even though from the outside it looked like it was just a... well, a tree trunk.

She smiled a crooked smile at Pegasus, Hazelia, and Y/N. The three smiled back uneasily.

" Oh, I bet you're creep out by me. Wait up." suddenly the old woman's voice changed, it doesn't sound like an old woman but rather, a girl's voice not older than them.

Her thinning hair suddenly grew more thicker and longer until it reached her hips before changing its colour to pure black. Her small beady eyes grew bigger until they looked normal sized and almond shaped. Her nose grew smaller until it's only like a button. Her thin lips were fuller and all the wrinkles on her skin disappeared to reveal flawless complexion.

And all was left of the old woman was a girl smiling sweetly at them.

" Now, that's better," she said and giggled. " That's just a disguise." she added.

" Oh..." was all the others except Tasha and Jack Dark could utter.

" So, what can I help you with? Oh my potions! How rude of me to not have introduced myself. I'm Ravelin Wands," the girl introduced herself cheerfully.

" And, we're assuming you're the witch?" Y/N asked.

Ravelin nodded.

" Mm-hm. I am... and I guess you want to get two mint leaves?" she asked.

" What... how did you know?" Rapunzel asked.

" I'm a witch, darling. And my prediction is you need that mints to make a cure for your switchiness," Ravelin predicted.

" Ravy, "switchiness" is not a word," Tasha said.

" I know," Ravelin replied.

Then she walked over to a shelf full of jars and read some labels on the jars before taking a jar and opening the lid. She then took out two leaves from it and closed back the lid and placed it on the shelf back. She walked to a table and grabbed a small pouch and put the two leaves in before walking back to them.

" There you go." she said, handing the pouch to Hazelia, who put it in her sling bag. " Okay, anything else?" she asked, placing her hands on her hips.

The others all shook their heads.

" Though, I'll have to inform you that you might want to stay safe as ghosts are floating around," Jack Dark said.

" I do know about that," Ravelin replied. " But I don't know who the spell freed them. Never mind, you guys finish your mission first, and maybe you'll visit again soon?" she continued.
