Chapter 45

When afternoon came, they all gathered in a circle in the halls with Hazelia and Pegasus in the middle, kneeling in front of Y/N and Manny. Y/N glanced, confused, at Manny, having no clue as to why she was told to stand in front of Hazelia and Pegasus.

" Um, why am I here? Or, why am I not joining Hazel and Peggie?" she asked, raising an eyebrow.

" Since you've already transformed, and since you're the last Chosen, it is better if you are the one who will pour this Transformation Mist on top of their heads," Manny replied.

Y/N looked at the two bowls he has been holding in each hand and gestured to herself.

" So, I need to just pour that... that mist onto them? That's all?" she asked again.

Manny chuckled and the others all laughed.

" Yes, Y/N. Just pour it. And it'll do its work." Pegasus replied for her father before then turned to Hazelia.

The two girls looked at each other before nodding and looked up at Y/N.

" We're ready now." they both said in unison and then lowered their gazes to the ground, letting their free hair fell down their faces.

The two wore only simple long sleeved grey dresses that reached their knees.
Y/N looked at Manny as he handed her a bowl and gestured at Pegasus so Y/N will pour the first bowl on Pegasus.

She hesitated for a while, suddenly feeling nervous like it was a huge deal. She met Jack's eyes and he nodded encouragingly at her.

She finally took a deep breath and gently poured the mist onto Pegasus's head. The mist sprinkled down like glitter and fell gently on Pegasus, covering her hair and then her whole body with white sparkling glitter and suddenly fading away, like Pegasus's skin had absorbed it. Pegasus then stood up before Y/N gasped along with her father who stared at her in awe. Pegasus looked around her with everyone smiling at her. Odielta beamed at her daughter and smiled.

" She looked like a jewel herself!" she said cheerfully, clasping her hands together. Pegasus furrowed her eyebrows and turned to Y/N.

" How do I look?" she asked.

Y/N smiled brightly at her in return.

" Amazing and sparkling... your eyes, goodness. You need to be careful around greedy people, they would do anything to steal those eyes." she said, then remembering there's a compact mirror in her pocket, she pulled it out and handed it to Pegasus who took it and gasped at herself in the mirror.

" That's not..." she trailed.

Her short hair was the colour of pure silver with highlights of grey and black in it while her eyes... they stood out the most. They sparkled brightly since it was like someone placed two silvery sparkling diamonds in her eyes. They glimmered and shimmered and shone when the light hits them. " Are these real diamonds?" she asked no one in particular and they all laughed.

Then Y/N turned to Manny and took the second bowl before doing the same thing on Hazelia. This time though, as soon as the sparkles touched her hair, it changed into a neon purple and then did the same with what it did to Pegasus.

When the mist disappeared, Hazelia stood up and looked concerned as she looked at everyone around her, who looked at her in some sort of expression that she couldn't read.

" Do I have two heads now?" she asked.

Manny chuckled and shook his head.

" No. You just... changed, I guess." Y/N commented and handed her the mirror to Hazelia who took it and stared at her reflection.

Her hair had gone its blue highlights while both her eyes now a mixture of blue and purple.

" I look no different just... maybe a little different." she said to herself then handed Y/N the mirror.

" Alright. Now that the transformation is done, we should start preparing for the ceremonies!" Manny exclaimed.

Everyone cheered and they started getting ready, changing their clothes into old ones since there will be lots of cleaning and probably painting.

" Rapunzel, since you are a very creative person in painting, I will give the painting task to you. Find some students and make a painting on the walls," Manny ordered.

Rapunzel jumped up and down, feeling excited and honoured at the same time before asking around on who would like to join her. She finally collected a group of people and they began grabbing brushes and buckets of paint before going to their arranged places that Rapunzel had ordered. Rapunzel went to a corner and also started to paint.

" Hazel, you will give the guardians their tasks. Jack Dark, you'll be with her." Manny turned to Hazelia.

Hazelia looked stunned as she opened her mouth to speak.

" But... but... I'm still not their leader. Not until the ceremony," she reminded.

Manny shook his head with a smile.

" Let's say, it's a training for you," he said.

Hazelia didn't want to go, but the guardians encouraged her, especially Jack who grinned at her, so she just nodded and looked at them before telling them what to do.

The guardians all gladly took their tasks and began to complete them.

" Now... since Hazel's busy. I need somebody that could probably make dresses for the Chosens, Odielta, the Mortal Warrior, and the Immortal Warriors," Manny told them.

" I can design! I'm pretty good in designing!" Janice volunteered.

" And I can sew," Y/N offered.

" Oh, oh, me too!" Anna chimed in.

Elsa stood beside her and shrugged.

" Me mom thought me how to sew but... I don't know," Merida said.

" Who needs to sew? We can use my magic to make it done. I would only need the designs and then use my magic and then... poof!" Pegasus said.

" Okay then, Janice and Y/N follow Pegasus to the Design Room. While the rest, some of you will be in the academy to clean up and brighten up this place. While the rest of you follow me outside, we are going to make this academy shine even from the outside this time." Manny said with a bright smile.

They all clapped their hands happily and then Manny started dividing them, who will be inside and who will be outside.
