Y/n's POV:

I wasn't ready to face a break up especially with the man of my dreams. The man I wanted from my high school years.
I wasn't ready to say goodbye forever or see him in someone else's hug.
Just the thought of this brings me in tears all over again.

Shawn's POV:

I left y/n alone. I just wanted her to think. To think the words she told me. Maybe leaving her alone for a little time make her realize.

My phone buzzed in the pcoket of my jeans.

S: hello?

A: hey Shawn, how's it going?

S: HOW'S IT GOING? SHIT ALICE. Y/N GOT A MAGAZINE THAT HAD PHOTOS OF US TOGETHER.

A: What?!

S: Alice, what am I gonna do?

A: I'm so sorry Shawn, it's all my f...

S: STOP BLAMING YOURSELF ALICE! You just wanted to help me. I was the one who was careless and confident being around with you. I didn't know y/n was that jealous.

A: Let me talk to her when you come back.

S: We...

A: You, what?

S: we broke up. She thinks I'm in relationship with you. She hates you Alice.

A: You broke up? Is it confirmed?

S: not exactly... But you'd better not talk to her.

A: I don't care what you say Shawn but I feel so responsible and the need to help.

S: you won't help this way. You'll make things worse.

A: Shawn, you know it was never my fault y/n started hating me and we have to clear some things.

S: But...

And before I could reply she ended the call.

"Shit!"

I exclaimed and walked towards the pool.

The crowd approached me shouting my name.
I took some photos with a few fans and then I got it the pool.

Everything's so boring without y/n...

Y/n's POV:

I woke up after 20 minutes from a nap to see Shawn stroking my hair.
I instantly jumped out of the couch.

Y/n: Don't touch me!

I said and turned my back

Why am I doing this when I want him so much???

S: Y/n!

He said annoyed. He stood up, grabbed me from my shoulders and turned me to face him.

I shoved his chest sending him some centimetres away from me.

Y/n: Stop it. I need my time...

S: Respected

He went and lied his body on our bed.

It was still early, about 8pm, so I decided to read a book I had brought with me.

2 hours later...

I checked the clock to see that it's 10:02pm.
In just few minutes I got dressed up, put on just a little makeup.
I couldn't be here with Shawn so I decided to go to the dinner alone.

...

I sat alone.
I ordered a dish alone.
I ate alone.

I was staring at the cute couples dancing together, eating together, laughing together, kissing, hugging...

I literally felt my heart aching.
I was done with food and I stood up.

I was going to leave but someone gripped my wrist.

I turned to see...
