You know when you feel so much pain for someone, you just want to make time stop and hug them forever. That's exactly how I was feeling, listening to Richie's parents, outside his window.
"You're nothing to us." His mom slurred *smack
"Just run away and never come back." *smack
"Go run away with your slut."
"Y/n i-isn't a slu-" *smack
"Go to hell Richard."
After his parents left I immediately opened his window and engulfed him into a hug, completely catching him off guard.
"H-how did you g-get-" "Shh, Shh, it's okay I'm here." I said softly
After those words left my mouth, he broke down, crying softly.
