This graffiti hot spot was planned to be renovated into a suburban plot of land, yet it hasn't been developed all that much. The train line that runs above them has refused to sell the land, and the little river is quite difficult to patch up. This is also an area that hosts many different types of street competitions, like drag racing and graffiti art. Authorities have no clue this happens in this area, and the people who compete here plan to keep it that way. These ideas were implemented after the inspection was done, so authorities would have no clue about this. After all, Snapper Canal is one dangerous place. Despite all this, kids still come here, whether it be on dates, battles, or a dad teaching his precious child how to ride a bicycle.
