Chapter 67 // The Call

I leaned against the kitchen island, staring off into the distance. Jonah stood up and went to grab his phone. He dialed a number in and put it up to his ear. He walked outside to talk. Zach came over to me.

Kylie: What?

Zach: Hi

Kylie: Hello?

Zach: Knock knock

Kylie: Um, who's there?

Zach: Ach

Kylie: Ach who

Jack: BLESS YOU CHILD.

I rolled my eyes and walked away.

Kylie: Very punny Guys

Corbyn: Yeah it was quite eggcellent

Kylie: You know what else is eggcellent?

Corbyn: What?

Kylie: Me shoving this pen up your as-

Daniel: ASTRONAUT'S SUIT. PLEASE SEEK THE NEAREST CHURCH.

Kylie: Don't tell me to seek a church when you're the one making all the "daddy" jokes.

Daniel: Touch.

Kylie: Touch what?

Daniel: Jack?

Jack: *sighing* I'll grab the spatula.

Kylie: Touché**

Daniel: Is that your side hoe?

Kylie: Yes.

Jack: What the-

Kylie: News flash, I'm married to 3 other creatures.

Jack: Nice.

Kylie: He's pregnant.

Jack: Same tho.

Kylie: You're pregnant?

Jack: It's Zach's

Zach: Uhhh

Kylie: I'm divorcing you.

Jack: Oh no.

Kylie: Bye James.

Kylie: Him too

We all laughed at our stupidity. Jonah came back into the house.

Kylie: WHO DID THAT?

Corbyn: Shes such a fan.

Kylie: Rain? Thunder?

Corbyn: Stop IT.

Kylie: SorRY

I walked over to him and punched his shoulder.

Corbyn: Ahh my leg.

Kylie: My neck.

Jonah: My back.

Jonah: Lick my-

Kylie: My anxiety attack.

I stared at him.

Jonah: Oh PG I forgot.

Kylie: I HAVE AN IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT.

Zach: What Mother.

Kylie: I must pee.

Corbyn & Zach: WHOOOOO WOW

The doorbell rang. I walked over to it and opened it. David walked in.

Kylie: Hey Dad.

David: Hey mom.

Jack: What is happening?

I giggled while hugging David.

David: Jonah told me about the Jayden situation.

Kylie: Okay.

David: Can you call him please.

Kylie: Yup.

I walked over to get my phone. I found his number and called it. I put it on speaker.

Jayden: Oh hi there, miss me?

David: Yes ma'am.

I giggled and gave my phone to David.

Jayden: Are you that baby daddy?

David: No it's Alex from Target.

Jayden: Side hoe?

Kylie: That's what Daniel said.

Jayden: Oh you're here. Well listen up here-

David: Wait, guess who I am though.

Jayden: JAKE FROM STATE-FARM, I DONT KNOW?

I rolled my eyes and sat down in a chair.

David: Alright buddy, listen up. What do you want from us? Make us be known as "The peeps from that boy band and that noodle has a girlfriend that is pregnant because he's dumb"? Or something else?

Jayden: Kinda, But Kylie broke my heart by leaving m-

Kylie: OH LIKE YOU NEVER BROKE MY HEART. WHY ABOUT ALL THE TIMES I WAS TIED UP TO A CHAIR AND BEATEN BY YOU. OR DOES THAT NOT MATTER AND YOU ONLY WANT ME FOR SEX YOU NASTY SON OF A BITCH.

David looked at me with saddened eyes. He didn't say a word and kept listening.

Jayden: Didn't you understand that I loved you?

Kylie: Oh is that your way of loving someone? Ripping their clothes off

I started to break down in tears, struggling to finish my sentence.

Kylie: Then when I refuse you go and kill my closest friend. I will never EVER forgive you for that. And trying to tear me and Jack apart won't do shit. Tell me this, do you want me to be happy? Or wait, I know the answer, you just want ME, not my personality, not my smiles, just my body.

Jack walked over to me and put me in his arms (that sound rly bad lmao). I silently cried into his arm.

Jayden: But you stayed with me because you loved me. So love me now.

Kylie: I can't love two people at once. Like I would ever call "us" love.

David: Jayden, we want you to stop this, it's not funny. Your not only hurting Kylie, but also everyone related to her. Get a life and go find one of your side chicks.

He ended the call and handed my phone back. I smiled at him and stood up to hug him.

Kylie: Thanks for being so supportive with this whole thing.

David: I love you like one of my daughters.
