The Good Girl's Bad Boy

Chapter 2

I don't look at him. I don't think I can. His whole presence makes me feel rigid and tense. I can feel him staring at me, so I pull my hair to cover my face. I feel a sharp poke on my arms. I turn and see Tyler staring at me.

"What's number 27?"

'He has really nice eyes' I think to myself spacing out for a second.

'oh yeah... I think he's saying something.'

When I focus back in he is smirking.

"Take a picture it will last longer." He states like it's a fact.

"Really? You're the school's famous bad boy... and THAT'S the best line you got." I fire back.

His eyes fill with humor and he let out a deep chuckle.

"Quiet Madden!." We hear our teacher yell.

He rolls his eyes and looks back at me expectantly.

"It's A." I whisper.

"Thanks" is his reply.

Damn I'm staring at those eyes again. Maybe that's his weapon.

"You have nice eyes." I blurt as he turns to me.

"Excuse me?" Fallon snorts behind me muttering "Way to go Spence."

"Oh um.. it's just... you have nice eyes." I cringe at myself sinking lower in my seat.

'Oh god. What did you do!?'

After class Fallon met up with me for lunch.

"Don't" I plea.

"But-"

"Please... just don't..." I try again.

Suddenly she's laughing, wheezing, and bending over with tears in her eyes as I roll mine.

I groan "Fallon please..." People are now starring.

Unable to contain herself Fallon shouts "YOU HAVE NICE EYES." She continues to mock me as I walk to my locker grumbling "I hate my mouth." By now she is still laughing but it able to calm herself down.

"Hey, look at it this way, at least he talked to you and didn't murder you.... I would if I was him! HA!" She goes on and on.

"You're not going to let this one go, are you?" I assume.

"No, not one bit."

She slams her locker shut and links arms with me.

'Off to the best period of the day. Lunch.'
