Tails came running in the door
"Sonic, did you hear Shadow and Scourge fighting?" Tails asked
"Yes, Tails, I heard them before." she said in an annoyed tone
"I couldn't hear what they were fighting about though..."
She just looked at him
"It's nothing." she finally replied
She knew that Tails did not believe that
"Ok...." he said, his voice fading
"Then, how come you didn't wait for me?" he asked, trying to start another conversation
"I guess I just needed to be alone for a bit..." she said
"Well, are you ok? Because you look kind of sad..." he said, while sitting next to her
Sometimes Sonic wondered if Tails could pass off for a girl, because he is very sensative and understanding
"Yea... Im fine" she said reassuringly
Tails nodded
"Ok, ill be outside working on the Blue Typhoon, but do you need anything before I go out?" he asked
"Im not a child Tails, actually, Im older than you. I think I can take care of myself" Sonic said with a laugh
Tails gave her a thumbs up, and went outside with his tools
Sonic was bored, but didn't want to go out with Tails, in case Scourge and Shadow were still out there
Instead, she went up to her room, and opened her laptop
She started to play music, and was playing games
1 hour later
Sonic had stopped playing music when she heard yelling outside
"I bet it's them fighting again" she said, as she left her room
When she opened the back door, she saw them fighting over something
"GIVE IT BACK SCOURGE!" Shadow yelled
"IT WAS MINE FIRST AND YOU KNOW IT!" Scourge yelled
Sonic was getting annoyed
She leaned on the deck railing, and screamed
"DO YOU GUYS EVER STOP FIGHTING?!"
They both looked at her
Shadow tackled Scourge to the ground
Scourge rolled so he was on top of Shadow
They kept doing that, trying to over power one another
"For Chaos sake.." she said out loud, as she walked down the steps and towards the fighting pair
When she was close enough to see what they were fighting about
It was the other half of her necklace...
