He finally confessed to me, with him knowing I was there, I already knew, I just needed to tell him, myself.
Y/N POV
"Oh, Morty." I chuckle.
"I already knew."
"Y-you did?" Morty rubs his neck, but we keep dancing.
"You specifically told me, when I forgave you." I smile.
"Oh Shit." He turned red.
"I, erm.. uh.."
"It's alright, it was obvious." I roll my eyes.
He smiles, that smile gives me life.
"It's nice to love someone l-like you." Morty kisses my forehead.
"It's nice to love someone like you, too." I turn red.
"You're mine and mine only." I smirk.
"You always were quite t-the charmer, Y/N." Morty smile grew wider.
*RINGGGGG!!*
The fire alarm goes off.
I look over to the fire lever, I see a flash of blue go by.
Was that... Jessica?
She's gonna pay.
The ringing continues and the sprinkles go off.
My hair gets soaked, makeup ruined, dress itchy..
Morty grabs my hand and runs toward the door.
"WE ARENT DYING TODAY!" He beckoned.
I follow behind him, I never knew he could be so fast on his feet.
Morty slams right into the door, causing it to open rapidly, we blot to a far distance away from the school.
"M-morty." I mumble.
"M-morty."
"Are you okay? Hurt? Bleeding?" He scanned my body for anything new.
"No, it's just that.. it was a false alarm." I point to our school.
"It's not on fire." His face grew sad, and disappointed.
"Oh." He mumbled.
"You saved me from a building that wasn't on fire though. You should be proud." He gives a small chuckle.
"I'm not letting you die on me."
"Aww Geez." I mock, how many times will I ever do it?
"You're all wet!" Morty tries to dry me up with his tux.
"Ill be okay, portal gun, remember?".
I pull it out.
"Yeah." He gives a slight smile.
"Let's call Rick up?" I asked him.
Morty's POV
"Let's call Rick up?" She asked.
"I-i was planning on it." I pull out my phone.
I got a text message from Rick 10 Minutes ago. That's right, I left my phone on silent.
Rick: You and Y/N are gonna have to walk home, I'm in the middle of charging my portal gun.
