Alistair's POV
My mother shouted at Natalie
To continue marching.
This heat in the church
Was very much scorching
My skin.As the pastor speaks,
I stared everywhere
Except on Natalie.
Ruth looked so lavish
In her mermaid styled dressed.
All black and wintery.Like a goddess she sits
On her throne
Waiting for me to become her own. When I heard Natalie said "I do."
I know I couldn't say "I do, too."
The pastor repeats the question again.
I wiped the sweat off my head.
After this I will have to face my mother.Cause if not Ruth Ann,
I won't marry another!
