I've embraced the fire when it came to destroy me.
I took every ounce of burn it had to offer.
I allowed it to engulf me until I became one with it.
Inside me, a fire filled with passion burns.
It burns for my husband.
It burns for my only child.
It burns for my mother and my siblings.
It burns for me.
I felt invincible with this newly found flame, thinking that nothing could put this blazing fire out.
But oh God, was I wrong.
