Shannon and Lindsey had chatted most of the time Shannon was working her shift. She still tended to customers coming in and out, but she stayed close to him. She was very enticed by Lindsey. She didn't know why, but there was something about him.

Lindsey could've sworn he knew her. He knew he had never met her, but there was something about her. He tried to picture her without her dark makeup. He thought she had a great laugh and he thought she was totally gorgeous.

They talked about a lot of different things just getting to know each other.

"What time do you get off?" Lindsey asked.

"Six, why?" she gave him a cute smile as she kind of leered.

"Well–"

"I know. I'd love to," she smiled again.

"What?" he said with a confused smile.

"You don't wanna go home because, your wife is a bitch," she crossed her arms. "Just to tell you– being a homewrecker is not in my belief." Even though she had been with so many guys– she never went for guys that were married. She felt it was horrible to do that and that was why she urged her dad to break off his thing, so much.

"Well, you got good morals, kid," he smiled. "Though in this case- you wouldn't be the homewrecker."

"No?" she smirked. "How's that?"

"Well, my wife is the wrecker of her own home," he started to get upset thinking about it.

"Okay!" Shannon somewhat shouted– brushing her hands over his. "We can go somewhere after," she said–  not wanting him to be sad.

"Yeah?"

"Totally," she smiled. "Though I do not have a car," she paused. "Would you mind hardly, if we made a quick stop at my house, so I can change?"

"Sounds like a plan," he smiled in agreement.

Meanwhile back at home Stevie was preparing to make dinner for her kids and husband. It was almost six when her husband walked through the door.

"Hey?" Robert yelled as he slammed the front door shut– taking of his jacket.

"Hey honey," Stevie looked at him and was concerned at why he was alone. "Rob?" she called.

He had thrown his jacket on the railing of the stairs. "Yep?" He was already half way up the staircase, but stopped and looked in his wife's direction.

Stevie made her way to the staircase- looking up at her husband. "Um, where's Shannon?" she asked confused. "It's almost six- didn't you need to get her?" she rested a hand on the railing.

"Well, I went there and her boss said she had left," Robert shrugged.

"Hmm..." she hummed, not liking that answer. She bit her bottom lip thinking about it.

"I'm sure she is fine, honey. She can take care of herself," he paused. "Where are the boys?"

"They went out for ice cream."

"Before dinner?" Robert asked.

Stevie nodded.

"Hmph! That's different," Robert smirked.

"Well, Jeff wanted to spend some one-on-one time with Nick," she shrugged.

He shrugged it off and moved on. "I'm gonna take a nap, would you mind waking me when dinner is ready?"

"Yeah. Fine," Stevie answered on the irritable side.

"What's wrong with you?" Robert asked as she walked away.
