JUNG JUNG'S P.O.V
She's finally here. She's here with a sweater covering my body. I look up and see she's trying to catch her breath.
'' Hyemi sunbaenim, are you okay?'' I asked.
'' I'm truly sorry that Im late. My practice ended late than I expected....Im sorry..'' She seems struggling to speak. '' And you ran all the way here?''
She sits next to me before replying, '' Yeah.''
'' You don't have to!''
'' Well, if I don't then you might leave.'' She answered quietly. Im touched for real. I smile while looking at her. She caught me smiling at her. '' What?'' Her face reddens. I shake my head and still smiling. She is cute I swear. She looks embarrassed and quickly gets up. '' Im hungry.''
HYEMI'S P.O.V
We are now at a Chinese restaurant. Urm I don't know this restaurant name since its written in Chinese but yeah I guess let's give a try. Plus, Im craving some Chinese food at the moment,so why not. I look in front and see Jung Jung looking through the menu.In the dim light, I swear he looks like some statue being perfectly carved.He's beautiful. I let out a deep breathe. Hyemi! Get yourself together!!
'' Hello, what would you like to order?'' The waitress comes to take our order. In my point of view, this waitress must be a Chinese since she speaks Korean with a Chinese accent and urm she looks so Chinese and oh wow, why did this girl keep looking at Jung Jung?Is she interested in him? Hello girl, you are supposed to get interested in me! Im an idol here! You should at least take a photo with me!
'' Urm let's order two plates of jajangmyeon and (other Chinese food you wish A/N : I don't know you name it ) and two bottles of mineral water.'' He says without looking up,still focus on the menu.
'' Zhengting ge-ge?'' The waitress asked Jung Jung instead of writing down the order. He looks away from the menu to look at her and by then, their eyes met. '' Jieqiong?!'' I could see his eyes glimmering and so does this Jieqiong girl.
And there it is. They start talking in Chinese.Wow! What a view! We are the customers here and this waitress who is supposed to take our order is now sitting and chatting with my partner! Im freaking hungry rite now! Its actually almost 5 minutes and the conversation didn't seem to come to an end at the moment. Well, Im pissed off I swear! But I don't want to look bad interrupting their conversation at the same time because it looked like they haven't met each other in ages. I waited and waited. Ok Im so done! '' Uhukkk uhukk!'' I pretend to cough mostly to grab their attention.
Jieqiong notices first, '' Uh Im sorry. I shall take your order first!'' She quickly gets up and writes down the order before leaving to the kitchen.
''That's Jieqiong, she's from China too!'' Jung Jung breaks the silence after a few minutes and start to introduce Jieqiong to me. '' I didn't ask tho,'' I muttered. '' Did you say something?'' He asked,looking confused. I faked a smile before replying, '' Nothing!'' He smiles back.
Trying not to be awkward, I asked, '' So who's that Jieqiong?''
He was about to reply when Jieqiong came and bring our order. They exchange their smiles before Jieqiong leaves us. I waited for a few moments for him to answer me but he didn't. Instead, he starts eating deliciously. Since he's not responding to me, I decide to eat quietly although Im dying out of curiosity right here!
Throughout our dinner, Jieqiong keeps coming to our table and asks if we need anything and through that time, Jung Jung and Jieqiong will exchange their smiles and act like Im not even exist! Wow! May GOD BLESS YOU BOTH! I lost my appetite! Plus, this jajangmyeon is not even good. The noodles feel soggy. I won't come here again!
'' The noodles is good!'' Jung Jung says after finishing his jajangmyeon. I just nodded my head. '' Why didn't you finish yours?'' He asks after seeing my plate is still full of noodles unlike his. '' Well..urm I don't eat a lot.''
A few minutes later, we go to the counter to pay and surprisingly everything is on house. It looks like the owner of this restaurant knows Jung Jung well that we get to eat free. We then head out of the restaurant and walk through the downtown accompanied by the street lights that are getting dimmer since its getting late and cold now.
'' Hyemi sunbae, are you feeling sick? You dont talk much just now,''
I stop walking and look at him. '' Im alright.'' Suddenly, a strong wind blows on my hair. Before I could do anything, I feel a warm hand putting strands of my hair behind my ears. I look up and see Jung Jung is so close. I close my eyes.
'' I need to go back now. Bye!'' With that I turn and run away from him.
Running away from this unknown feeling.
