Request Form (Closed)

So I've gotten a lot of requests on parings to write a fanfic thing for so I thought I'd make a form for it to be able to keep track of requests I get. Please fill this out when you want a request. You can either comment the answers of what you want here or you can message me.

Paring:

Name: (like name for your mc or a different character you can name)

Gender (depends if it's a book that has optional gender):

Plot (optional): You don't have to fill this part out unless you have a specific plot you'd like me to write with the character

Extra (optional): If you have anything extra you want

The only thing I will not write or take requests for is NSFW/smut. I do not write smut so sorry.

Anyways, I hope you all have a good day and if you've already sent me a request, you don't have to redo it. I'm going to be working on requests soon but I've been busy and sometimes I have a paring that I don't have an idea for a fic yet. I'm going to try to get to the requests very soon though. I hope you all have a great day!

UPDATE: I'm no longer accepting requests at the moment as I'm extremely behind. Once I get caught up, I will start updating again.
