Chapter 2

One year later

I ran down the halls with kaname running behind with underwear in his mouth while Aiden was going after us screaming. We went through our secret passage way that led us to the elevator then to my room. I jumped on my bed while kaname played with the underwear.

"Good boy," I laughed

I heard a knock on the door and kaname went to hide in the closet. I opened the door to see an angry father. He entered releasing a big sigh before looking at me before looking at kaname then back to me.

"Your eighteen and you act immature," Father sighed

"I was having fun," I said

"Immature fun," He replied

I sat down on the bed looking down, Father hugged me and lifted my head up. He smiled then kissed my forehead.

"But it was funny," He laughed

Aiden burst into the room with a red face looking at us laughing. He looked around seeing Kaname in the closet where he picked up kaname who was holding his underwear.

"Steph, tell your Rottweiler to let go of my underwear," Aiden sighed

"Kaname drop," I said

Kaname let go of the underwear and squirmed out of his grip. I stood up and gave Aiden a kiss on the cheeks making him blush slightly. He walked out mumbling and I just laughed at him knowing he was full of embarrassment. 

"I'm going back to my office, no more funny business," Father said

"Alright," I smiled

Father left and I laid on the bed with kaname  running around the bed. I needed to go out so I texted Miguel hoping we could go to the club tonight to get this hard working day off my chest. I put on my biker jacket with a red crop top and ripped jeans, I put on some soft makeup on and put my boots on before walking out.

I walked down the lobby to see Júlio having difficulties with the computer. I tap his shoulder making him jump.

"Lady King," Júlio said

"Please call me Steph remember," I replied," What's going on?"

"oh, um well I can't find their hotel room etc.," Júlio explained

I moved him aside and began typing away like this was a piece of cake. I found their information about their room and handed them their hotel card. A little boy came up and smile at me before saying my name.

"Stephanie," he said

"Yeah, that's me," I replied

"Why didn't you tell us that you were here?" he asked

"Who are you?" I questioned

"Your brother," He smiled

"Sorry but I only have an older sister," I shyly laughed

"Stephanie my daughter, how did I not recognize you," The women said

"Ma'am I'm not your daughter, I'm Stephanie king the owner's daughter," I smiled

"No, you're my daughter, are you stupid or something? Is this a joke of yours? To ignore your family?" She angrily questioned," Did they kidnap you? Are they doing this to not hurt you?"

This woman was crazy for saying all those things plus being disrespectful to me. I walked away and headed to my father's office. I walked in angrily and he noticed it right away that something went wrong.

"Sweetie, what's wrong?" He asked

"There's this women that claims I'm her daughter," I angrily said

Father hugged me tightly and just stared at me with loving eyes. I didn't want anyone else to be my parent except him. A knock came from the door and Júlio entered shaking from head to toe.

"The lady wants to see you, she claims you kidnap Stephanie," Júlio said

"Sweetie go behind the couch and then run out," Father demanded

I nodded and went behind the couch hoping she wouldn't see me. She burst in the room screaming nonsense at my poor father. I ran out the door and decided to book for the entrance. I got to entrance and went towards the parking lot trying to find Miguel. I saw his red truck plus him sleeping so I banged on the door waking him up. I had to wait for a few minutes before he opened the door for me.

"Hey shortcake," He smiled

"Drive now!" I demanded

He started the car and we drove off towards downtown to the  dangerous part. I stared out the window not speaking once to Miguel. I keep thinking about that lady thinking she is for saying all that stuff.

"What's up with you?" Miguel asked

"Nothing," I said

"Well nothing is something but I won't force you to talk," He replied," I'm taking you to the sickest club."

"They better have some good drinks this time," I laughed

We arrived at the underground club called the Ufa. I could already hear the loud music and the sound of people already drunk of their first drink. I went to the bar first to get a classic beer, I see Aiden with a blonde chick who was annoying the beats out of him. I grabbed his arm and kissed him deeply on the lips feeling her rage burn.

"Sorry toots but he's mine," I smirked

The chick walked away cussing out words i've never heard.  Aiden holds me close seeing his cheeks blush a little making my heart started beating just by being this close to me.

"So shorty, shall we dance?" He asked

"Of course," I smiled

We went to the dance floor and danced the night away laughing our heads off. Few hours passed and the boys decided to take me home after having too much drinks. Aiden got in the back seat so I decided to join him but sitting on his lap. I couldn't help but kiss him which I received a kiss back from him.

"No make out sessions in my car," Miguel mumbled

"Too late," I slurred 

Aiden and I began to have a mini make out session just to piss Miguel. Driving back home, Miguel tried to ignore us by blasting up his rock mental music. I climbed out of the truck but landed face down to the ground giggling. Aiden had to pick me up to take me back to my room. We passed my father who was at the front desk making it in time to the elevators before he saw us. Aiden opened my door then laying me down on my comfy bed.

"Stay with me," I whined as I laid in bed

Aiden smiled and laid beside me, He wrapped his arms around me and I couldn't help but move closer. Before we knew it, we fell asleep in each other's arms.
