Walking with the sandy particles against my feet,
I felt the seawater reached my skin,
The feeling of dampness and roughness,
Combined with the smell of salt,
Calming down the chaos state my mind was in.

I felt the wind brushed my skin,
I looked up and saw the birds soaring on the sky,
I reached out before them,
Yet I knew I will never reached them.

I wished to be a seagull,
Flying on the blue sky freely as I may,
Soaring without any purpose,
Just a simple freedom.

The beauty of the land I may enjoy,
But the beauty of the sky I may remembered until eternity,
As an eternal beauty is like nothing else.

I wished to reach the end of the sky,
Floating as I may,
To achieve my purpose,
That is to see what lies at the end.

I shall sail on a boat,
Be it an old one or a new one,
Set sailing only for one goal,
The truth that may or may not within reach.

Even if I knew of the truth,
I won't let them hinder me,
The truth of the blue of the sky and the blue of the sea,
As the horizon separate the two,
The blues that never appeared as one,
For the white coexist with the blue.

I wish I am a seagull,
Have a pair of wing sprouts on my back,
Flying on the blue sky without worries,
Using my own wings to soar endlessly,
As I enjoy the eternal beauty bestowed in front of me.
