I woke up as happy as I could be nothing could get in my way today. Kade dropped me off at home last night after we made out a bit and he said I love you I mean how incredible was that? I smiled to myself as I sat up and grabbed my phone I had one missed call so I called the number back "Hi you called a couple minutes ago?" I said "Ah yes is this Elizabeth Paul?" The man on the phone asked "Yes it is" i replied "This is regarding Kade Speiser he was in an accident" the man said I paused before taking a breath "He should be alright he's currently in stable condition seems to be a little out of it and is in some discomfort but a little love and care will get him better in no time just needed to inform his emergency contact would you like to know where he'll be staying the next day or so?" He asked me "Yes please I'll just grab a paper so I can write it down" i said and raced to my purse and pulled out a pen and an old chipotle receipt "Im good to go" "Alright he's in room 547 level 2 visiting hours have been switched to 24 hours so come whenever" the man said happily "Thank you so much buh bye" I said before hanging up. Of course this happens when I feel great I'm just happy he's alright.
I showered and put on an outfit I just bought online and went downstairs to inform Jake and anyone else. I found him and ran up " Why are you in a hurry?" He asked " Kade is in the hospital he's fine could you gather any one who wanted to come to the hospital with me?" I asked " Yeah but what happened?" He asked worried "He got in a car accident" I told him before I shooed him to gather everyone. I stood by the front door and waited Jake came back with nobody "Are you serious nobody?" I asked in disbelief "They all claim to be busy I'll drive" Jake said and grabbed his keys before we drove down.
"Liz why did the hospital call you?" He asked "he put me down as his emergency contact" I smiled a but too much at that " Why not me I'm his boss" he asked jealous "He loves me more" I smiled Jake looked back questioningly "are you two finally talking again?" Jake asked "Yeah I guess you could say that" I smiled before leaning back in silence.
At the hospital
Jake and I walked in and put loads of hand sanitizer on before we touched anything we went to the elevators and I pulled out the receipt and clicked the button number two. This hospital was gigantic i mean huge kinda intimidating. The doors opened and we stepped out I looked at a few signs and followed the numbers on the doors before I seen recovery and seen his room 547. I opened the door slowly in case he was napping and made eye contact with him his state was slightly worse than I had thought his leg sprained back was stiff and his head wrapped I went to his side and bent down " Hi how are you feeling?" I asked almost immediately regretting it considering how much I hate it when people ask me that. "never been better" he smiled and winced what a weirdo "How's the car?" Jake had asked I looked up at him in disbelief how could he ask that? "Fine I ubered today actually my cars been in the shop getting fine tuned the driver only got scratched but his car now that's totalled" Kade said "El you can sit on the bed I won't bite" Kade said to me I stood up and sat down by his side careful not to touch him in fear of hurting him. Jake and Kade were talking for a bit and Kade moved his hand to my thigh I smiled to myself and looked over at the talking Jake noticed but didn't say anything he just ignored the fact. "Do you know when you can go back home?" I asked interrupting Jake "I might have to stay a night or two I guess it depends on what they think." He told me and squeezed gently on my thigh "Can you eat or drink?" I asked him " Yeah I can" he said "Ill go bring you something okay" I told him and squeezed his hand before getting up and leaving the room I hate seeing him like this i let some tears fall down my cheek I hate when people are in pain I guess I just know it so well I start sympathizing really hard for everybody I walked to the food court and bought a vegan lemon fettuccine Alfredo and got him a smoothie before checking out and walking back to his room. I made it and grabbed a tray to set it down on "What's wrong?" Kade asked " What do you mean?" I tried to play it off " Kade motioned me over and wiped under my eyes and showed his finger it was black meaning I forgot I was wearing mascara and when I cried it came with it. I blushed immediately realizing how stupid I looked getting food. I went to the bathroom and wiped it off before coming back " My eyes were watering cause of all the cleaner smells" I lied horribly "Im okay trust me" Kade said looking into my eyes he took my hand and held it before the nurse walked in to check his vitals "He's a funny one you know" the nurse said to me "Oh I know" I laughed and sat by Jake.
A few moments later my phone rang an unknown number I picked it up and pressed talk "Hello" I said into the phone "Is this Elizabeth?" The guy on the other end said he sounded kinda familiar but I couldn't pinpoint it "Yes it it" I said "Oh good I got your number from a friend this is Shane Dawson I was wondering if you'd like to collaborate sometime?" He asked "Oh my god are you serious I I I would love to Shane but I have to warn you I'm obsessed with you" i spat out "Well same here I can't wait to meet you if your free tonight I'll send you my address" he said " Yeah I'm free I'll see you later" I said excitedly before he hung up. I started to screech in happiness "Woah calm down what's going on?" Jake asked "Oh you know it's just that uh SHANE FREAKING DAWSON INVITED ME TO HIS HOUSE" I yelled "Oh cool" Jake responded my mouth flew agape "How are you not happy?" I asked in disbelief "Nothing surprises me anymore" he answered I rolled my eyes and looked at Kade's smiling face he is so good looking I mean damn. How did I snag him? I wanted to kiss him so badly but one Jake was here and two I didn't want to risk hurting him. I quit staring and engaged back into the conversation " You know where I've always wanted to go?" Kade asked " No where?" I asked "Canada I mean I've been there before but I haven't actually stayed it's just so beautiful and the people are nice things are just better there" he said "It is beautiful I've only been a couple times for short stays but your right things are almost perfect there it's almost like how America should have been but they got it a bit twisted and Tim Hortons is incredible may I add" I laughed. We continued our discussions and decided it was time to leave so we grabbed our things and paid for parking before getting into the car.
My phone dinged and an address appeared I smiled and as soon as we parked I ran to my room and got ready I pulled out some march I bought off of Amazon and tied it up making it a crop top and then put on A pair or leggings

I finished getting ready and went downstairs to call an uber I took out my phone and texted shane I was on my way he replied with a smiley face and it was time to go.
