1: Confession

Izumi-chan: This all started because I wrote a one shot in my Haikyuu!! one shot book about Terushima cheating on the dear reader. And then people started to ask for a second part, and then a third part. And then I have no clue how but here I am making this story in a book.

(Y/N)'S POV

"(L-L/N)-san, w-will you please be my girlfriend?"     

That confession was what started it all. One day, I was packing my bag since class ended a few minutes ago. As I was heading towards the door of the classroom, someone called out to me. I turned towards the voice and saw that it was Terushima Yuuji, the popular guy in my class.

"(L/n)-san, c-can you wait after everyone has left the classroom? I need to tell you something.." he said, stuttering a bit. 'Why was he stuttering? What does he need to tell me?' I thought as I nodded in response.

Not long after, everyone had finally left and we were the only ones left in the room. I see Terushima turn towards me hesitantly before looking at me in the eyes.

"(L-L/N)-san, w-will you please be my girlfriend?" my eyes widened slightly at the statement. Terushima Yuuji, the popular one in my class, confessing his feelings to me? Why would he confess to a person like me?

"It's f-fine if you don't accept my feelings, I understand." Terushima muttered as he looked towards the side. I wanted to reject his feeling because we've never really talked much the entire time we were classmates. We just started talking to each other a few weeks ago because of a project, but I'd feel guilty if I did so.

"S-sure, I'll be your girlfriend." I stated as I didn't want him to feel sad. Terushima's eyes lit up as he looked up from the side and to my face. "Really?!" He slightly shouted. I nodded my head.

"Thank you so much, (L/n)-san!" He exclaimed as he brought me into a warm hug. I just blushed from embarrassment and buried my face into his chest. "Ah! Can I call you "(Y/n)" now?" he asked as he pulled away from the hug.

I got a bit flustered hearing my name coming out from his mouth but nodded at his question. His eyes sparkled once he got my approval, "Great! Oh, you can call me "Yuuji"!" he said excitedly. I blushed and tried to say his name since I've been calling him "Terushima" this entire time, "Yuuji.." 

His face got red when he heard me say his name and he used his hand on cover it. I panicked because I thought something bad happened, "D-Did I do something wrong??" I asked.

"N-No.. It's just.. that was very cute..." Terus- I mean, Yuuji, said as he avoided looking at me in the eyes.

I laughed at his actions because I never thought he would be this shy. Soon he joined me in the laughter.

"So, are you free this weekend? Let's go on a date." He said after the laughter died down.

"Sure." I replied as I pushed strands of hair behind my ear shyly.

"Let's exchange numbers! So we can keep in contact." He said before he took out his phone. I did the same and we gave each other our numbers before heading home. He decided to send me home too as a start of our new relationship.
