Phoebe was an outcast in school, but she didn't care. She had her two best friends Chance and Landon and that's all she ever needed. She planned to go to a Theatre Arts School after highschool, because she wanted to be a famous hip-hop dancer. She had a punk rock look to her, dyed purple and black long hair and ice blue eyes she wore vintage style T's with words on them saying be wild be free be you, and stuff like that, old ripped up jeans and a black pleather jacket she'd made herself. She made most of her own clothes. She's very artsy. The combination of the three,were complete opposites, except for their love of music.
