Mickey's POV

Susanna, Robert! It's time for school." I yell. Both my kids come running down the stairs with their backpacks on. "Dad is taking you, he is already in the car." I say hanging them their lunchboxes. "Bye mom love you." Susanna says hugging me. "I'll see you after school mommy." Robert says before giving me a kiss on they cheek. "I love you guys have a great day." I say before they leave.

My kids are growing up so fast. So am I, I'm already thirty. Joe is already thirty four. I can't believe we are so old. I begin to clean the house, picking up after Susanna and Robert when I hear the doorbell ring. I run to go get in and gasp when I see who it is.

"Hey Mishi, long time no see." Steven says holding a bouquet of flowers. "Hello Steven, please come in." I say opening the door wider so he can walk in. I lead him to the couch and we both sit down. "Mickey I want you back." He says grabbing my hand. "Steven I am married, and so are you!" I say and ya know my hand away. "Mickey it doesn't matter I love you. I regret how I treated you all those years ago." He says pulling me towards him.

"Steven the past is past, we weren't meant to be, and I am happy with Joe. You need to let go of me, or you will never be happy." I say trying to push him away. He just says and let's go of me. "Mickey you know you will always be my first love." He says before getting up. I stand up also leading him to the front door. Before he walks out he roughly grabs me and kisses me. I pull away and slap him. "Steven give it up! I'm happy wit Joe. Now get out!" I yell before slamming the door.

Steven's POV

I get in my car feeling defeated as I drive hom. I turn on the radio and 'Careless Whisper' comes on. I sigh and turn it up loud.

I feel so unsure
As I take your hand and lead you to the dance floor
As the music dies, something in your eyes
Calls to mind the silver screen
And all its sad good-byes
I'm never gonna dance again
Guilty feet have got no rhythm
Though it's easy to pretend
I know you're not a fool
Should've known better than to cheat a friend
And waste the chance that I've been given
So I'm never gonna dance again
The way I danced with you
Time can never mend
The careless whispers of a good friend
To the heart and mind
Ignorance is kind
There's no comfort in the truth
Pain is all you'll find
I'm never gonna dance again
Guilty feet have got no rhythm
Though it's easy to pretend
I know you're not a fool
I should've known better than to cheat a friend
And waste the chance that I've been given
So I'm never gonna dance again
The way I danced with you
Never without your love
Tonight the music seems so loud
I wish that we could lose this crowd
Maybe it's better this way
We'd hurt each other with the things we'd want to say
We could have been so good together
We could have lived this dance forever
But no one's gonna dance with me
Please stay
And I'm never gonna dance again
Guilty feet have got no rhythm
Though it's easy to pretend
I know you're not a fool
Should've known better than to cheat a friend
And waste the chance that I've been given
So I'm never gonna dance again
The way I danced with you
Now that you're gone
(Now that you're gone) What I did's so wrong, so wrong
That you had to leave me alone.

Mickey why did you have to leave me?
