Lauren's POV
"fuck." I breathed out. why can't she just let me explain? I tried to but she's being a bitch. ugh. I need to find a way to explain to her I didn't cheat.
I get off the bed and grab my suitcase, opening my drawers and taking clothes out of them. I open the suitcase and put my clothes in them, toothpaste, a hairbrush, my charger, my computer and my toothbrush. I go downstairs to see Mani in the kitchen looking for some food in the fridge.
"Hey, Laur, you wanna go get som-" she looked at me and my suitcase, eyes drifting back and forth. "and where are you going, miss Jauregui?"
"to Miami, I need to find a way to apologize to Mila and going to Miami is the only way," I said grabbing my car keys. "and no, you cannot come so you can see Dinah. your new lover."
"She's not my new lover!" Mani yelled and I chuckled.
"yeah and I'm not gay," I said while chuckling. she crossed her arms over her chest and mumbled something. I raised an eyebrow "what did you just say?"
"Nothing!" she said with a sweet, innocent smile.
"whatever, if I come back with bruises and tears running down my cheeks, smack me out of it."
"got it," Mani said and sat on a chair.
I walked out of the house and sighed. I walked over to my car, unlocking it, and got in. I sighed again
"Miami, here I come" I started the engine and pulled out of the driveway. oh boy, this was gonna be a long ass drive.
