Why should I train my daughter to be girly?
So she can find a good husband?
Or
So she can blend in with her own gender?
She should dress in a way that makes her feel comfortable and if they have anything negative to say they really ought to meet her mother.
Brother, bother,bummer. If you have a brother he should be proud to say "Yes!That's my sister"
So why bother about what people have to say?
Flaunt what your mother gave you and make them say bummer!
I'll be deliberate about how I engage with her and her appearance. If she likes fashion let her dress up. But if she doesn't let her be.
But one thing I do know if that you will face a lot of sexism.
Don't beg for a job that declines your red lipstick. Intimidate them!
