Ever listen to a song and it makes you feel heavily sad?
'Heavily sad'
Probably doesn't exist but it's the best way to describe how I feel sometimes.
and I'm sure you can relate
because sadness isn't easy to translate.
I don't mean the crying type of sad but
I mean internal sadness.
Sadness that weighs you down unexpectedly in slow motion.
It's crazy how sadness takes control of my happy mood and sends it spiralling into misery.
