When Jealousy Strikes

The ferris wheel got back down and we dried up all our tears
I will admit, I'm kind of curious who Yoongi was talking about
"Let's just forget about what happened back there.." Yoongi then said cutting my thoughts
"Follow me, I'll bring you somewhere" he said with a smile on his face as he intertwined with my hand

It moments like these that makes me remember how it would feel like to be with someone you love
But..
So far, it's just a one-sided love
I learnt to be very distant with my emotions
My hopes are not as high as expected

But I just can't forget my feelings for him
No matter how hard I try
I will always feel that tingling feeling in my head
I still get butterflies in my stomach when he flirts
I just can't forget about it when he keeps on reminding me

*YOONGI'S POV*

I took her to the spot I wanted her to be in
I looked at my watch
"7:59"
"Yoongi, what are we doing here?" she asked me as she looked over at the view
"8:00"
The fireworks then started to fire up in the sky
"Woah! Yoongi oppa look!" she said as I tried to get myself together

I need to tell her..

I approached Y/N and she was just looking at the view
"Y/N.." I said as she turned around slowly looking at me
"Yes?" she asked

"Do you like the view?" I said feeling so disappointed at myself for not telling her
"Yes! It looks amazing up here!" she said as she turned back at the fireworks show
"I'm glad you liked it" I said looking at her smiling

*MINUTES LATER*

We were eating cotton candy and she rested her head on my shoulder
We talked about things such as careers and emotions
"Recently I've been getting fame from BigHit fans and I feel like I'm pressured to be as good as you guys" she said with her soft voice taking a bite from her cotton candy
"You'll do great, don't worry" I replied to her

"I received an email from JYP to do a collaboration with their Stray Kids' Bang Chan. I looked him up yesterday and I got to say, he looked kind of cute" hearing her say those words made my heart break
"Do you like him?" I said getting more sad by seconds
"I don't know. To be honest, I don't even know him" she replied which calmed me a little but the ache in my heart still went on
"Well, you should hear their music first before deciding to collaborate with them" I said hopefully making her choose not to
"Oh yeah! I will check their music later when we get home" she said finishing up her cotton candy
"Eat your cotton candy! You barely took a bite from it" she continued as I did what she said

We had a walk around the whole amusement park on last time before going back to my car
I started the car's engine and called her to come in
She did as I said and put on her seatbelt

*THE DRIVE TO HER HOUSE*

The whole ride was filled with questions and answers
"What's your ideal type?" she asked making me laugh

"Just someone who that can share their love for music and hip hop" I said
"And someone that can handle my temper" I added
"And probably a girl that is really passionate for their love for music and someone who's not that out going" I continued
"That's a lot, geez" she said in reply

I really just want to tell her but it's too hard for me to be broken again..
"Well, The girl I want needs to be a perfect fit for me" I replied to her
"Just like you" I whispered
"Huh?" she asked
"Hm?" I asked her
"Nothing, I thought you said something. Anyways! Next question! You're turn" she said getting hyped

"Do you find Bang Chan interesting?" I asked coldly but not changing the sound of my voice
"Well, yes. But I haven't looked into him much. All I know is he's cute, he's the leader of Stray Kids and he's a vocalist" she said in reply
"Do you really think he's cute?" I asked in pure confusion

I shouldn't let jealousy take over me..

But I'm more cuter than him..

Why doesn't she call me cute??

"That's 2 questions! You're already cheating" she said with a frown on her face
"Fine, ask your question" I said making her think
"Who were you talking about when we were in the ferris wheel?" she asked me making me sad
"Didn't I tell you to forget about that?" I said glancing at her
"But!" she said before I cut her off
"Choose another question" I said
"Fine.." she said thinking of another question

"What if I told you I have Bang Chan's number?" she asked me which shocked me
"Why do you have his number?" I said my temper getting really bad
"Well.. JYP sent it with the email they gave me" she innocently said
Her phone got a notification which made me think of who it was

I took out my phone and saw the notification came from Chan
A smile appeared on my face when I tapped on his message

A smile appeared on my face
"Who was that?" Yoongi said who seemed to be mad
"Bang Chan Oppa, we planned to meet up" I casually said with Yoongi still mad
"Why're you mad?" I asked him and he just ignored me
"Yah! Min Yoongi Oppa! Answer me" I said a bit louder
"Yah! Don't ignore me! Answer me!" I repeated
