-------------------- ( Time: Kay's appearance day) --------------------

(3rd Person POV)

Smile and Aria look at Kay and then look at each other- both with the same confused and worried face, Smile looks around and sighs- "Aria.. I know you really want to stay here and be with him but we can't risk you or our.. small one" he says with an exhausted tone- he was really tired, at first Kay's injury made him worry sick and then his disappearance made him anxious because Aria announced she will be visiting and now that Kay is back- something is clearly wrong with him. 

Smile looked down and tried to regain his "dominant" posture cause he knew that Aria will try to fight him in order to remain close to Kay at this point. "I understand" she said quietly- Smile returned his attention to her with a confused face "Did you just say that?" he said with a slightly sarcastic tone- trying to break the tension in the air, she chuckled and bumped his arm with her elbow- "Yes I did, I don't want to make things harder for you right now and you're saying it in a way that really indicates that me staying here is a really bad idea. I will listen to your request" she answered and gave a small smile, trying to comfort Smile. Smiled looked at Kay who was trying to stay conscious but failing at the same time, he sighed and stood up, wrapping his right arm around Kay's back and his left arm lifting Kay's arm around his neck in order to help him stand "I will see you soon- I will do my best to fix him" Smile said before he started walking towards the medical wing. Aria stood up and watched both of them leave then realization hit her- they both don't know about that she already gave birth. 

She understood that at this point of time this can just cause more stress and anxiety to both Smile and Kay so she just nodded towards the silver haired guard and started walking towards the gate, the silver haired guard looked back the two walking away and started walking fast in order to catch up with Aria. 

-------------------- (Location: Moon Clan Military base, medical wing ) --------------------

(Smile's POV) 

I open the hospital door and walk to the nearest room from the entrance, I lay Kay on the bed and exit the room, looking for a nurse or a doctor, anyone who can tell me what is wrong with Kay. 

I stumble through the first floor till I reach the staircase at the end of the hallway, I look up and see a guy with a white coat "Hey! Emergency here! follow me!" I shout as I start making my way back to the room I left Kay in, hearing the footsteps following me and being joined by another set of footsteps, I pick up the pace and open the door to find Kay sitting up, trying to hide the second I open the door- I rush to him and pin him down in order to stop him from harming himself "Hey, hey! I am not here to hurt you!" I raise my voice for him to focus on it only, I look down and see him still trying to get out of my hold and I understand that the only possible way for him to remember who I am is me showing him the tattoo- god I hated it. 

I let him go and immediately roll up my sleeve in order to show him the tattoo, then I point to his wrist where his tattoo is. He looks at my tattoo with a bothered face, I sigh and roll my sleeve down and make room for the doctor and the nurse to step in and examine him. I stay in the room just in case he has another burst of energy and will use it to escape. 

I watch the different exams they performed on him - getting even more confused with the different exams following the pervious ones, ' honestly, even if I wanted to be in the medical field I will probably diagnose each person with the same problem-and it would probably be cancer all the time' I chuckle at my stupidity and lean against the wall- making sure Kay is cooperating with the doctors. While I look at him, he sometimes stares at me with a.. distressed expression? 'what the hell happened to you' I sigh and try not to get frustrated, I need to know what's wrong but pushing the docs won't make this process any quicker so I just stand and wait.
