They held hands going inside the happiest place on earth. Everyone's so excited to spend the day in Disneyland. Taehyung, Jungkook, Jin and Namjoon went on their way to the nearest extreme ride and lined up. Hoseok and Lily walked around. Yoongi and Jimin were left with each other since both are scared of trying the extreme rides. The manager went in too but stayed in a distance so they can still enjoy themselves.
"Gwaenchanh-a? (Are you ok?)" Lily looked at Hoseok who's been quiet since they left the restaurant.
Looking pale and worried, "Ne."
Lily giggled, "Are you scared?"
Hoseok didn't answer and looked away feeling embarrassed. Lily felt guilty for asking a question that has an obvious answer so she took his hand closer and kissed it assuring him that everything will be fine.
"Don't you like it here? We don't have to ride if you don't want to."
"Gwaenchanh-a. Let's try that one." He walked towards the ride while pulling her. She looked at the ride and her eyes widened. It's a roller coaster!
"Are you sure you want to try that? I mean, it's no secret that you're not fond of theme park rides like that."
"Hal su isseo (I can!) You'll see." Hoseok wants his fiancée to be proud of him although his face is unexplainable at the moment. She doesn't want to embarrass him so she let him ride. As they get closer, Hoseok's grip on her hand gets tighter and he's becoming uneasy. Lily grabbed his arm and caressed it while her face is leaning on it.
A loud noise and screams were heard as the ride stopped in front of them. "It's our turn." The gate opened and they went to choose their seats. Lily went in first and then Hoseok. He grabbed her hand and held it tight as the crew checked the safety handles.
"Saranghae aegiya! (I love you baby!)" Lily told him as the ride started to move. He took a deep breath and a lot of courage. "I can do this!!!" He told himself.
It took a few rolls back and forth, bumping left and right. He tried to keep his eyes open as much as he could as he screamed his lungs out. Lily loves extreme rides and now, she thinks she loves it more because Hoseok made it special. A minute of ride felt like a day in hell for him. The roller coaster stopped and they got up. He stopped for a while.
"Wae?", she's worried.
"Did I drop my heart there? It felt like I did." He said looking back at the seat.
She laughed hard, "Silly!" So they walked out and Hoseok is still dizzy.
"Gomawo (Thank you)." She whispered.
"For what?"
"For showing all the courage you have and ride that roller coaster with me. Gomawoyo."
"I told you I can." He proudly said.
"Alayo (I know)."
They walked towards the snack bar and got some drinks. They played some games and won stuffed toys. She felt so happy and so is he. They felt like an ordinary couple enjoying their weekday date.
