The Planet That Should Never Be Apart...

~ Chapter 5 ~

"What does he mean by YOU are an avenger?" Michelle said looking deadly serious.
"Wha-uh its ummm-he means that I am a massive fan of the avengers so he calls me an avenger" Peter said looking worried.
"Really Peter? If you were a 'fan', why were you stuttering so much at the start?"
"It's because-uh you asked me a question out of the blue which just made me jump a little"
"Uh huh but it still has me wondering if you are lying to me"
"L-lying?! What?! Why would you think that?"
"Peter, I am very observant. You know that right?". Peter was getting really annoyed right now. Why is she always asking me things? Peter kept thinking about that.
"Yes I do and maybe you should stop because it gets too irritating alright? All you do is just ask me questions that doesn't concern about you!". Michelle walked back and answered with the most breaking voice ever.
"All I wanted was at least to be a good and caring friend". She walked away with tears about to drop from her brown eyes. She would have never thought Peter would shout at her. All she wanted to do was to make sure he was ok. That didn't turn out well. Peter sighed to himself and thought, what did I just do? I never knew someone actually cared for me that much.

Michelle returned home and dropped her things to the ground. She ran up to her room and closed the door. She sobbed to herself and all she could do was to let it all out. She only liked him and thought he would be in great danger. Am I really irritating? Maybe I should keep my distance away from everyone.

It was the weekend and Michelle went out shopping with her family. Her mum, dad and little brother.
"Hey mum, I'm going to go and check out the clothes in that store" Michelle said.
"Alright honey but be back soon though"
"Ok mum". She ran into the shop and Peter came out of another. They just missed each other by a second. He was just about to leave until he saw an invasion in a shop. The shop Michelle walked into...

He quickly changed into his Spider Man suit and ran in. He heard screaming outside and inside the shop but the scream he heard the most was Michelle's mum pleading someone to save her daughter.
"My daughter is in there! Someone save her!"
"Don't worry ma'am, your daughter will be okay". Peter knew it was Michelle. He couldn't just forget about it. It was his school mate. His friend.

He ran in and saw the armed criminals. He fought them as best as he could until he managed to put them hanging down from the ceiling. He jumped to the floor and got everyone out. But he was missing one person. Where was Michelle?
"Michelle! Where are you?!" He yelled out until he saw her arm on the floor while the rest of her body was covered with a drawer on top of her. He got the drawer off of her and brought her out, carrying her. He layed her gently on the ground so her family can come and see her. They called the ambulance to take her. With that, Spider Man web slinged his way back home.

Is Michelle ok? What will happen next?
