Addison's POV (also next day):

When I woke up, the first thing I did was text Eliza. I trusted her more than I trusted myself, to be honest.

She just told me about her first crush, and it was enough to cheer me up. I laughed really hard when she told me about her first kiss.

Once I got to school, Zed immediately ran up to me and started talking really fast.

"Whoa, slow down, Zed." I put my hands on his shoulders to steady him.

"Y-You're not mad at me?" he asked.

"No," I answered. "I'm just done with all this drama."

What I didn't know was that the drama was only going to get ten times worse.
