Sort of Busy ✨

Oh I have been Busy you know,
Busy Catching everything the world would throw,

Busy listening to sermons that didn't make sense,
Busy Absorbing all the toxicity at my mental health's expense,

Busy Following the slaves of cruelty and greed,
Busy Accepting the nonsense of caste and creed,

Busy Staying silent to all the cries,
Busy observing the violent and their merciless desires,

Busy Laughing at the jokes that weren't humorous,
Busy crying for the unknown at fancy funerals,

Busy thinking maybe this is what I'm supposed to do,
Busy wondering if this is the only way tried and true,

Because no matter how bright, everything seemed dull,
Because no matter how many times I read, nothing went through my skull,

Then I took time out of my busy schedule,
Questioning if to stay quiet is really essential?

What if, you know, I went against the world?
This Simple question made my whole life birl.

Took me some time to rearrange my busy life,
Obviously that led to a lot of strife,

They told me I was meant to follow,
I can't fill something that was meant to be hollow,

But you know, I'm really too busy to care,
Too busy to be a part of this gibberish fare,

Now I am busy throwing away,
it's time for me to repay,

I'm busy ignoring anything unwanted,
I'm busy speaking for the ones assaulted,

I'm busy deleting all the reasons of toxicity,
I'm busy revealing all the players of duplicity,

I'm busy standing for the weak,
I'm busy guiding all those who seek,

I'm busy questioning the traditions,
I'm busy finding all the fabrications,

I'm busy killing every disguised serpent,
I'm busy loving all that is true and important,

I'm busy giving,
I'm busy living.
