Roller-coaster ✨

   
 Welcome to my thoughts and memories,
please, buckle up your seat belt,
for it is a little twisted place,
a chaotic dance of all the pains I've felt,

In the beginning it will all be blurry around the edges,
the ride is going towards the dark tunnel,
there are profanities, tears and loneliness,
all the feelings were drowning in a muddle,

Oh! the ride is moving towards the higher points,
now everything will be vivid,
for I had started observing and absorbing,
all those people are just made me livid,

Now, you have reached the point where everything will be too fast,
cause I had reached the top of the track,
My fall was into complete oblivion,
I purposely drowned myself into the pitch black,

And that's where you'll enter the loop,
crying all night, staring at the dark ceiling,
reliving every moment again and again,
this self proclaimed torture had my soul screaming,

But you see, how the ride is still moving?
In that moment, I knew it wasn't the end,
but instead of dealing with the troubles,
I just started to pretend,

I built up my own world of lies,
an environment of peace and love,
and I lived in them for so long,
I actually started believing in that gold dove,

So all you see is just covering,
beauty and content picture on the outside,
think of it as a wallpaper,
don't try to remove it, for it'd crush my fragile pride,

All the bad memories have been locked in a vault,
They're rusting and fading,
their stench reminding me of the demons I should set free,
please don't ask about them, it's pretty degrading,

Now you can open your seat belt,
and feel free to contemplate and talk,
not everyone had the privilege of this ride,
Honestly, I'm not surprised by your shock.
