Frozen? How?

I stared at everything and everything looked like it stopped somehow. I knew that it was probably some big coincidence until I looked outside, I saw a bird, that was flying, but now it's floating in the air. And I looked at a car with a person who stayed still. I thought it was another coincidence because I saw Tomoe, Mizuki, and Nanami playing games in the game room. But I knew right then, that it was a coincidence because I saw Call of Duty MW3 frozen on the screen and it wasn't even doing anything and I mean not doing ANYTHING!!! So when I saw that, I knew that it was real.

"Uh... guys? You better see this..." They stopped playing air hockey and followed me outside. I saw that everything stopped. I even saw a cat about to grab a mouse but it was frozen in place.

"What happened?!" Nanami asked.

"I think this might be my fault..." I whispered.

"Emi what did you do?!"

"I yelled that I wished everything had stopped but I didn't know those few words were capable for this! I wish I wasn't here!"

"Don't worry, it wasn't your fault."

"Mizuki, it's all my fault! If only I wasn't here!" I ran to a nearby park and they tried to follow, Nanami and Mizuki couldn't catch up but Tomoe was closer to me, but he couldn't get me.

When I got to the park, I walked to a swing and sat. I looked around and saw frozen kids, who looked like they were playing a game of tag.

Flashback

"Hey dad! Try to catch me!" I yelled. I was seven years old. It was also before my father 'died'.

"The boogeyman is catching up to you!" My mom yelled to me.

"Rah!"

"Ah!" I yelled before my dad tackled me to the ground.

"Daddy! Your heavy!"

"Well, then I need to loose weight!"

"Then do 30 push-ups! I am your coach!" He got off of me and went into push-up position.

"Hey Emi!! Come here! I found a frog!"I use to have a friend named Brooke, but like every other person in my life, she died at the age of 12.

"Okay Brooke!" I went and saw a small frog.

"What should we call him?"

"Frobert!"

"Yes!!

"Lunch time!" My mother yelled.

"Okay, Mamy! I wanna eat! Wanna come and eat with us?" I asked Brooke.

"Nah, my mom still has leftovers and we brought desert!!"

"Yay! Well, I'll be back!" I ran and passed my dad.

"Daddy, you can take your break!"

"Yes!" My father was such a kid. Like me...

"What's there to eat?"

"Sandwiches."

"No!!!"

"What's wrong, Emi?"

"We're eating witches made of sand?!"

"Yes! But they taste delicious!" Dad took a bite out of the witch. My mom passed me a witch made of sand, and I took a bite because my dad bet me a buck .

"Witches taste good!" Then my parents laughed, I laughed with them.

End of flashback

I smirked and looked down. I started to cry.

"That was the best day ever," I sniffed. "I can't believe their gone... and know I lost my friends too..."

"No, you didn't." I looked up and saw Tomoe.

"I lost Nanami because of what you did..."

"I'm sorry, I just liked you and I wanted to do that for a long time now and... I'm sorry." He sat on the swing next to mine.

"It's okay, your forgiven... but what am I gonna tell Nanami? She won't listen to me and if she did then she would lose you."

"She wouldn't dream of doing that." I heard a different voice so I turned my head and saw Nanami. "I'm sorry I didn't listen, your my best friend. And best friends have to always listen to each other." She hugged me and I hugged her back.

"Well, you all finally made up! But now what're we gonna do about us being frozen in time?" Mizuki just showed up out of no where.

"Well, if some words started this, then maybe some words will stop it." I thought of.

"But, what words?" Nanami asked.

"Um... what about... Let it go!" I didn't know anything to say and I thought of Frozen, get it?

Anyway, it worked! I don't know how but it worked! It was very ironic. When we were done, I walked home, talking about Melvin to my friends and we just went home without a care in the world.

Unknown POV

I smirked at when I saw Emi finally learned to control one of her powers. I knew she had many, but she doesn't know me. I'm someone who knows her but she never really got the chance to meet me.
