What?!

Emi's POV

I ran to the school hoping it didn't move or anything and luckily it didn't. Wait, why would a building move? Eh, oh well. Anyways I walked up to the school an sighed.

Man, I just finished school an now I gotta learn more. I pouted until I heard a voice. A voice I haven't heard since last time I blacked out.

"Hey, who're you?" I stiffened. I turned around slowly. Just my luck, I was right.

"Right about what?"

"Oh, I said that out loud didn't I?"

"Yeah," He looked at me up an down. "Do I know you? You look familiar."

"Yes you know me, Fang." He looked at me curiously.

"How'd you know?"

"Yeah, look, we were in a different dimension and you were like... my stalker, I guess? But then you died and now your here."

"I'm freakin dead?!"

"Yeah, no sweat. You just die and live again somewhere else, you don't have to freak out." I told him. The ground started to shake and I fell on Fang while it was still shaking. "What's going on?!"

"I don't know!" He responded. We were lifted off the ground and we... transported?

"What just happened?!" I said getting off of Fang and looking at our new surroundings. The place was pure white for miles and miles and no one was there but us.

"I don't know, but where are we?"

"Emi North!" A voice rattled the room and echoed throughout it all. "I have watched you throughout your journeys and ridiculous things. And now, you have broken a gods law!"

"Which is?" My sass came over me. Damn it I'm gonna die.

"You have came back and told him about his past life. When your a god, you can no longer see the friends you lost!" What?

"Why can't we?! There our friends! Just because they died doesn't mean we can't see them again! I didn't come to be friends with him again I wanted to investigate!"

"No matter! She was right, you should've never came and never messed in business that's not yours..." He muttered.

"Who's she?"

"Guess," Aw fudge nuggets! "Surprise!"

"Brooke," I whispered to myself as she strut to Fang and I.

"Missed me?"

"I thought you said you wanted me to be your friend? Why'd you say that?" I asked.

"You didn't care about me while I was down and you were sick enough to just leave. You weren't a friend, I can't believe I tried to be friends with you." she scoffed.

"It wasn't my decision! You kidnapped me and treated me like some puppet you control! I'm not a puppet! No one is!!"

"Well lets see about that, shall we?" out of thin air, my friends showed up.

"What the hell?!" And after my sentence, Fang disappeared. "Well at least he's gone."

"Emi!!" Tomoe and Nanami screamed out.

"Brooke! I trust you so finish her. Come to me once your done." True god's voice rang throughout the room, and it turned into some battlefield.

"Hey Cameron, how'd you like to start us off?" She moved her hands to make signals, I couldn't figure out what she was doing until Cameron ran like the speed of light to me. He swung a right punch at me and I fell on my butt rubbing my cheek.

"Cameron why'd you do that?!" I looked up to no longer see my friend, but a demon controlling Cameron's body. His eyes glowed red with no sign of feeling.

"Well that's one puppet onstage, how'd you like to see my big puppet show?" She made more signals with her hands and Winter, Tyler, Scarlette, and Niall came towards me showing no mercy what so ever. I ducked Tyler's punch only to be kicked in the stomach by Niall, punched in the side by Scarlette, and stepped on my back by Winter. Where'd my friends go?

"Emi!!" Tomoe yelled. Where I was beaten, I could see tears on Nanami's face and a shocked yet sad face by Mizuki.

"Ah ah ah!" Brooke told them like how mothers would tell their children. "Puppets shouldn't go onstage until their master makes them!" Tomoe looked like he was gonna run towards me but he was running in place. Why is he doing that? Wouldn't he come immediately? "Enjoy the show while it lasts."

"Stop! Stop this all!!"

"Okay!" Brooke said... wait what? There's gotta be some kind of twist with that! She would never give in that easily! Would she? "Oh Emi, you know me too well!"

"What?"

"Gods can do whatever normal people can't do, I know what your thinking Emi." Shit! "Tomoe, you want me to stop the show?"

"Stop this all! Don't mess with her!"

"Okay, then you will." without blinking an eye, my friends were next to Brooke once again but know Tomoe was next to me. I tried to get up but I didn't have enough strength to. Tomoe held his hand out and I grabbed it only to be thrown behind him. Blood oozed out of my stomach. When I looked up, I saw Tomoe's terrified face.

"What?" He looked at his hand and slapped me.

"Tomoe..." I whispered.

"Emi! I- I don't understand! What's going on with me?!"

"Dance puppets, dance." Brooke said. Tomoe pulled me up and threw me like I weighed nothing. I was scratched up, beatened down, and weak. I never fought... I couldn't. Nanami looked like she was gonna fight. "Nanami, go to your little cripple if you want, but you'll end up like her if you do."

"Does it matter? I don't care if you hurt me, if you mess with my friend I will stand up!" She ran to me but before she was halfway to me, Tomoe grabbed her by the throat and choked her.

"Tomoe!!" I yelled.

"I c- can't control... myself!" And when I looked back, Nanami was... she... she... I don't know... I know that gods can't die... can we?

''Nanami! What did do you to her?!'' I yelled at Brooke as images of Me and Nanami flashed before my eyes.

''Humans can't kill a god, thats why the Ghosts couldn't kill me. But that doesn't mean we can't die.'' I processed that thought in my head for a while until words came out.

''Gods can kill gods... I only thought you were immortal... but I guess I was wrong.'' I stood up regaining strength. ''Who are you... really?''

''I am,''

Surprise!!!! Sorry it took so long to update, I had so much homework to do and my mom took away my phone and now I gotta type on a computer!!!! I miss my phone TT__TT Well!
