Sitting in physics was easy, simple doodling on my paper fooled the teacher enough to think I was actually writing notes.

"Ok, so how do we calculate linear acceleration between point A and B" I looked up as Ms. Warren addresses the class to answer her question.

Like his name, Flash raised his hand quickly.
"Flash?"

"It's the product of sign of the angle and gravity divided by the mass"

"Nope" Ms. Warren answered immediately making me hide my smirk with the sleeves of my denim jacket. Trying not to laugh at flash's shocked/ confused expression. Or in my terminology "God damn priceless!"

"Peter! You still with us?" I looked over at Peter who was sat two seats across from me, however I'm unable to see what he's doing on his laptop. Probably watching some science reaction videos or on YouTube watching the "Avengers".

The class was silent waiting for his answer.

"U-uh- Mass cancels out so it's just gravity x sign" Peter fidgets with his pencil and looks over at me.

I have him a wide smirk and turned back to my doodles blocking out the class until the lesson was finished.

English was next and I actually liked this class, so I made an effort to write notes and done an essay the teacher wanted completed by next week.

Lunch

The bell rang meaning class was over. I was just about to enter the lunch hall to meet Ned and Peter when Liz approached me and took me to one side.

"Hey Gracie, I was just wondering if you'd help me put up this homecoming banner in the cafeteria"

"I- yeah sure, no problem " I smiled sweetly tilting my head

I was going to say no but didn't want to let her down since I knew she had nobody else to help her and couldn't do it on her own.

Me and Liz actually had a good friendship, we weren't close like best friends forever but I would go as far to say we're friends.

We entered the cafeteria and I quickly snatched a chair, Liz copying my actions. Grabbing the other end of the banner Liz was holding I held it up and started to attach it to the wall.

"Hey Liz you want me to help you do the other side, it looks like you're struggling?"

"It's ok Gracie I've got it"

I shrugged muttering an "ok see ya around Liz" and looked around the cafeteria for my boys.

I spotted them at the back table waving at me. I did a full smile while waving back, speed walking over plopping myself in front of them.

"Hey guys" I looked over spotting Michelle, my close friend "Hey Elle".

She waved at me without looking away from her book. I breathed out a laugh while turning back to the boys to see them staring into space, or should I say at Liz. She was still trying to hang up the other side of the banner that I could have had done for her in like 2 minutes.

"Did Liz get a new top?" Peter questioned

"No we've seen that before, never with that skirt" Ned answered

"Ok guys that's creepy, you need to find something better to do than stare at Liz every time you see her. It's like you're obsessed with her or something".
