"Peter...either Aunt May's brownies had drugs in them making me hallucinate this, or you're actually spider-man...."

After yesterdays events, I rushed home to an angry Aunt Jenny who gave me a mouthful about being home late. She didn't even let me explain why she just sent me to my room, so now we're not speaking. It's not like I see her anyway.
Any who I walked with Ned and Peter to school today, until he was asked to go the the principals office. Leaving Ned and I to sit outside on these uncomfortable wooden chairs, and that's where we are now.

"Gosh, how long is this gonna bloody take? He's been in there forever" Ned turned to me "He's only been in there 10 minuets Gracie"
"Yeah but it feels like 10 hours" I mumbled before playing with my freshly painted nails. Isn't it satisfying to brush down your nail feeling the smoothness of the polish...yes I'm weird get over it.
Peter finally emerged from the office. "Finally!" I stood up putting my bag on by back "how'd it go?"
Before Peter could even respond to my question Ned had to add in "Are you expelled?"
Peter didn't answer, knowing that Ned wasn't done with his question. "Do you have to go that that high school on forty sixth where the principal has a crossbow?"
I replied with a "What?" And Peter simply answered "Pretty sure that's an urban myth, and no I'm not expelled" I sighed in relief "oh thank god"
"You're so lucky" Ned replied as the three of us made our way to our first class of the day.
Throughout the day Ned and I noticed that Peter wasn't himself at all, although I knew the reason why and if I was in Peter's position I'd behave the same way he is. I just don't like seeing him upset and down, I feel as though I've not tried hard enough even though I've done all I can do to comfort him.
