After you repent you still arent saved, now you have to be baptized in jesus name, not the name of the father, son, and the holy spirit, but the name of jesus to finally have our sins remitted
(acts 8:16 for as yet he was fallen upon none of them, only they were baptized in the name of the lord jesus). (Acts 2:38- then peter said unto them repent, be baptized everyone of you in the name of jesus christ for the remission of sins and ye shall recieve the gift of the holy ghost. This sums up the plan of salvation in a nutshell.
