America 1803

When Whitley's con artist father gets in over his head with the New York City mob, he flees to a new town with Whitley in tow. But soon after their arrival on the Carolina coast their welcoming party is raided by a band of angry pirates looking for revenge from the man who schemed them. And Whitley is at the top of their hit-list.

A young shape-shifting pirate named "Bluff", however, has his own reasons to ensure Whitley never makes it into the hands of dirty Captain Simon. So despite his trepidation throwing his lot in with a high-society princess, he helps her board another pirate ship to avoid capture. It's a dangerous thing to spend days on a ship with a woman you're supposedly destined to fall in love with. Because that's one prophecy that cannot come true, or it would destroy them both.

Bluff must manage to live up to his name because if anyone learns who Whitley really is, she's worth more than any pirate could resist. Soon everyone is against them and they'll have no choice but to work rather closely together to survive—but that might be the most dangerous thing of all.

Schemes and sirens. Bargains and bribes. And most of all-- never, ever, knowing who to trust.

Yo ho, yo ho-- it's a pirate life for them.

Bluff is only part human so he's a little hard to pin down with pre-existing photos. Find me a cute guy with silverish hair and grey eyes... anyone? ;)

Hope you're not too disappointed by a single image instead of a collage. This one image is just too perfect for her.

I realize that I am doomed
Fear of love and fear of You
But You give me the keys to paradise
It is You who sympathize
You and Your perfection grow
I am cradled in Your oceans throw
I crave Your freedom in this little ship
For You alone can chart my trip
And like these waves I lose my grip
And I sink into Your arms
