I put a gif in the last chapter but it wasn't working. Why? *sighs*
Anyway this taekook pic is goals. Jk looks like such a dork in this one. A really cute dork tho. And Tae is just....I have no words. They are indeed the cutest duo.

"Everyone is looking at you, Kook."

Jungkook and Jimin were walking down the hallway, heading for the principal's office as had been requested the other weekend.

Tens of students lined the corridors, all looking way too amused and excited for a Monday morning.

Knowing that the prank he had pulled the other day would get a lot of attention from the students, Jungkook was already prepared for such a scene when he had left his dorm today, anticipating to get a very mixed reaction from the entire student body.

Due to the rivalry between Jungkook and Taehyung, the entire school population was divided into two groups. One half supported Taehyung, and the other half cheered for Jungkook.

The brunet has no idea how such a division came into existence in the first place, but—after months of being at his enemy's throat and getting into trouble for that—he supposes that it isn't fairly inconvenient to have a certain 'fan-following,' if he might take the liberty to employ a term to it.

So, while the people who supported Jungkook rejoiced and praised him on a deed well done, Taehyung's lot was giving him evil, menacing looks for doing what he had done to their god-like prince.

"Yeah, I know. And I would like to confirm that I do not care," Jungkook said, nonchalantly turning around the corner to reach the office; though the air of carelessness surrounding him immediately dissipated as he put his guard up when he saw Taehyung already in front of the door—probably waiting for him to arrive.

Just by looking at him, Jungkook could feel his blood boil in his veins, and he was sure that he would never feel this way for someone else ever again in his life.

"Should I come with you? I can handle Taehyung for you," Jimin suggested, looking back and forth between the two nervously since he didn't want his stupid best friends to get into a fight in front of the principal's office so early in the morning.

Taking his eyes off of Taehyung, Jungkook turned to look at his roommate's creased features with a soft expression on his face.

"There's no need, hyung." He provided the older with his sweetest smile. "We're just gonna meet Mr. Bang, and then go back to our classes. Don't worry."

"Okay. . ." Stretching out his reply, Jimin looked at the taller skeptically. "You do know that your creepy smile doesn't work on me, right?" Jungkook chuckled at his statement, getting a genuine grin out of Jimin as well. "Don't try to give me any faux assurance. I just don't want you to be reprimanded—that's all. Both you and Taehyung."

Waving a hand around at the knowing look Jimin was giving him, Jungkook said, "Don't fret over it, Jimin. Nothing's going to happen. We'll probably get lectured again about the 'rules and regulations of this prestigious institute.' I swear to god, I've heard it so many times that I could probably recite the whole thing in my sleep." He ended his statement with an exaggerated roll of his eyes.

"Whatever you say, Kook. Just remember to meet me and the others in the cafeteria during lunch, all right?"

"Will do, hyung," Jungkook called out after the older who had stepped away from him and had turned around to walk the other way.
