String and ring

Taeyun's POV
I'm soooo exhausted.....
I can't move an inch.
I had to run here and there to get the papers for the teacher.

I slump down on the bed and close my eyes.

I do an -_- face and slap his mouth , he just chuckles .
Taehyung:Ya!Get up lazy butt.
Taeyun: I'm tired~
I whined like a kid.
Taeyun:I'm not a butt.What do you want?
Taehyung:Get up.
I lazily got up and faced him.
Taeyun:Now speak up?
Taehyung:Follow me..
Taeyun:Fine...
I followed him to wherever he goes..
Rooftop?¿
Taehyung:You open the door...
Taeyun:Why?
Taehyung: Just do it!
Taeyun:Okay!
Next thing I know was I was welcome by water being thrown on me and colors spread around.
I paused.
Taeyun:WHAT , THE, HECK , WAS, THAT?

I wiped my face and opened my eyes to see everyone was giving me an innocent smile.
Taeyun:I asked something...

Kookie pointed at Taehyung and Taehyung gave me an innocent look before I started chasing him.

Taeyun:Come back here you little brat!What was that! You pulled me all the way here to do this?
Taehyung:Yah! Stop! Let me explain!There is a reason! What are you guys doing! Help me! What are you staring at ! Hurry up!

We were running all around the roof.
I stopped when I heard the others singing to a birthday song.
I gave them a confused look.

Jin:Pabo! Happy birthday!

I stared at him for a while...
Oh oh OHHHH!
Taeyun:It's my birthday?
Jim:-_-
Taeyun:Ohhhhh...Hehehe
It was silent for awhile but suddenly everyone sterted laughing.

Kookie:Noona forgot her own birthday , kekeke.
Taehyung:You too.
Kookie:What?
Jimin:It's birthday too bunbun!

I burst out laughing when Kookie was shocked after Chim threw water on him.

Kookie shook his head and glared at him.
Chim stopped laughing and looked ar Kookie.
Kook just smirked which left us confused.
In return Kookie filled Jimin's face with color.

Annie:Where did you get that?
Kookie: I just arranged some for fun.

The next thing I knew was we all were playing with color in the rain .

Taeyun: This is the weirdest birthday ever!
Jin:You don't like it!
Taeyun:No I LOVE IT!*laughs*

Suddenly I heard the door close with a loud thud.

I went to the door to find out what was that.
I saw Enn walking away in a fast pace.

I followed her , I dunno why I felt the urge to.
    
She was silently walking on the empty streets.

Taeyun:Enn!

She turned to me and back again after seeing me.

Weird.
Wait wait wait wait wait ,
Her eyes were red?
She's crying?
I run towards her and grab her shoulder, but she pushed me away.
Enn:Go away!
Taeyun:What happened to you? Why are you crying?
Enn:What happened to me? Huh, non of your business. And why am I crying? Because of you .

She pointed at me leaving me confused.

Taeyun:W-what did I do?

Enn:Oh you didn't do anything ,but you're the reason!
Taeyun: What happened, just tell me would you?
Enn:Because you I don't have any value today. Everyone forgot that it's my birthday too! Even Oppa didn't wish me.

Taeyun:You kidding me? That's not the real reason. Just spill it out!
Enn:Taehyung rejected me! And it's because of you! You rejected him and now he says that he's afraid of love so he can't accept me!
Taeyun:T-that stupid did t-that?
Enn:Yeah, because of you!

I immediately pulled her for a hug to calm her down.
She tried to push me off but I held tight.

Taeyun:Just listen ,Enn. I'll make Taehyung accept you. This happened because of me and I'm going to fix it, I promise.

She stopped for awhile.

Enn: I-is that possible?
Taeyun:That's my gift for you .

I smiled at her after letting go.
Suddenly someone hugged us from behind.
Jin:Happy birthday you two!!
Enn&Taeyun:YaA!You scared us!
Jin:Okay okay don't shout! Taeyun, Mom just called me. She said she has something to talk about.
Enn:I know what that is, I won't say it. *smirks*

Mrs.Kim:You two know that we are planning about your  wedding..
Taeyun:Yeah?
Mrs.Kim:And it's next...
Jin:Next?
Mrs.Kim: Next week.

Both our eyes were going to pop out.
Mom:And tomorrow is your engagement!!
I was blank for a while.
I dunno how should I react.

Mom: So we want you guys to practice todae.
...

Mrs.Kim: So,  Taeyun and Jinnie are going to stand here and give their speach.

We pretend the things as they say,  awkwardly smiling.

Mom:Here you go,  the rings. Put it on each others fingers.

I push the ring to his finger as he did the same.  I just took the time to stare at him.
His gaze moved from my fingers to my eyes.
We were starting at each other. Our eyes were locked,  like a string just connected them to each other.
I'm going to get engaged to this man tomorrow.
It's just all what I want.
But..
Isn't that..
too fast?
An unknown feeling started wheeling up inside me as I started getting all nervous.

Someone's hand cut the imaginary string that was connecting our eyes,  grabbing our attention.

Mom:Save that for tomorrow,  you stated at each other for more than five minutes,  I even took a picture already.

Me and Seokjin gasped as I screamed mom's name.

  
Mrs.Kim:*laugs* Enough with the comedy,  now lets celebrate Your, Enn's and Jungkook's Birthday.
