EXT. OUTSIDE OF CAFE - CAFE
SCENE 5 - BIG GROUP
DYLAN is walking down the street with RITX's backpack, enjoying the day and he makes it to the cafe. He waves to people and high five people.
MARCUS:
Hey Dylan!
DYLAN:
Hey Marcus!
MARCUS:
Off to the Cafe?
DYLAN:
Yeah.
MARCUS:
Yeah, I saw Ritx and Joey there already. You can probably catch up to them.
DYLAN:
Cool, Thank!-
MARCUS:
Well, Dylan?
DYLAN:
Yeah? What's up?
MARCUS leads DYLAN off to the side of the sidewalk
MARCUS:
Ritx seemed... Sad.
DYLAN:
Sad?
MARCUS:
She just has a real glum or sad look on her face, like someone died in her family or something.
DYLAN:
Okay, I don't think its something that extreme... And that's a little weird Marcus.
MARCUS:
I don't lie when I see people's' emotions.
DYLAN:
Still, there could have been a better way of saying that.
MARCUS:
Like what?
DYLAN:
Ummm... She lost her pencil?
MARCUS:
...
DYLAN:
She... dropped her...
DYLAN looks around and sees "Ice Cream"
Ice Cream...?
MARCUS:
Dude. Really? This early she's eating ice cream?
DYLAN snaps his fingers with an "I got it" look
DYLAN:
It could be... that time of the month.
