{Dream}

One night
I dreamt of us
We were in the park
Your holding my hand

You leaned in and whispered,
"My love, what will become of the other when the partner left?"
I faced you and think

I frowned and answered
"The other will be in despair"
You sadly nodded and look up
I look up and admire the sunset

Fire burning in my stomach
Words left unsaid
Bonds breaking apart
Love that have never last

Screaming to stop
Echoing the soundless tone
Droplets of grief
Curling the fists

In the darkness
The silhouette of a man
The fading laughter
Tear-stained face

It was over
My soul whispered
The silence was deafening
I'm once again trap
In a never ending dream
