---------------------------------------------------------

After some time, you arrived at the main ship of Lotor again and landed inside of the hangar. You were still a bit shocked from what had happened, but you tried to shake it off. After you had landed, you got out of the fighter, taking off your helmet and shaking your hair. Of course you had to tell Lotor that Voltron had attacked one of their outposts, immediately. Thus, you started to make your way to the bridge of the ship, but you stopped as the doors that lead to the hangar opened in front of you, and Lotor stormed past you with Narti right after him. He seemed to be in a hurry. Had something happened while you were gone?

"Sir?" you called after him and he stopped just to turn around and look at you very surprised. Didn't he even notice you? "Ah, (Y/n), you're back." He gave you a weak smile, different from his usual proud ones. "But your report has to wait until later. I have got something important to get done." With these words, he went straight to his fighter and got in. You were left in confusion as he started the aircraft and flew off, with Narti in the co-pilot seat. Where did they have to go? What was so important?

"There you are." You heard a voice behind you approaching, it was Zethrid. "You were taking longer than we thought you would." She crossed her arms and turned around again, seemed like she was just picking you up and leading you to the bridge. Of course, you followed her. With your helmet underneath your arm, you glanced at the ground. "Yeah, sorry for that." you began, "Voltron… kinda got in the way. Or to be exact, took over the outpost." Zethrid gave you a mad glare. "And you didn't fight them off?!" You sighed slightly. You couldn't tell her the truth, that you weren't able to fight your old friends and allies. She would rage. "I wasn't able to get to my fighter in time. Also, five paladins against one general, especially me, the newest member… I don't think that would've end well." She sighed as well. "Eh, you're right there. Besides, who would've thought that Voltron would find and attack such a well hidden outpost? Seems a bit suspicious to me..." she said, giving you a look that you could not quite read, but it felt like she thought you planned all of this. And here you thought they trusted you, great.

"Y-yeah…" you coughed a little. "Anyways… where did Lotor and Narti fly off to? Something important?" You both arrived on the bridge, and Zethrid went back to her usual spot behind the screens. "Emperor Zarkon is ready to take back the throne. He called Prince Lotor in to deliver the message personally to him." Your eyes widened a little. Zarkon is back already now? What if he got behind all of Lotor's plans? you hoped not. "Oh... alright.." You leaned against the wall with your shoulder, looking past the screens, into the abyss of the galaxy. And you remembered last night. It didn't seem like Lotor's behavior had changed towards you because of that. But you could understand, of course he wouldn't make it public all of the sudden, in front of his generals. It was sure gonna take some time.

But the one thing you worried about now was what's gonna happen in the central command. You trusted Lotor that he can manage the situation himself, yet you couldn't help but worry a little about him. After all... you had feelings for him. Strong feelings. But now all you could do was wait. Wait for him to get back safely. And Narti, of course. But you were impatient. That's why you started to pace back and forth in the room, thinking. You thought of everything right now. What could happen, what's gonna happen in the future, how all of this will keep going. Eventually Zethrid told you to go somewhere else since your pacing distracted her from her work. You understood of course, that's why you left the bridge without hesitation. But where would you go now?
