I woke up to the sound of people downstairs arguing.

Y/N: can they never stop arguing?

I got out of bed and went out my room. And went to the kitchen.

I nodded my head walked to the cereal.

I poured some cereal in a bowl and then poured the milk.

Austin: oh god..I have to go now, bye guys
Y/N: bye
Alissa: bye Austin, buy the things I said
Austin: yeah buy guys!

I started eating.

Alissa: shit
Y/N: profanity, mom
Alissa: right, I got to go now. Bye baby *kisses Y/N forehead* take care
Y/N: bye mother
Alissa: don't start that shit with me

She closed the door and I sighed. I looked at the cereal and just kept eating. After I was finished I washed my plate and put everything away.

I had actually made an online friend. And fortunately she lived here. I turned my phone on.

Y/N: I just moved to south side Chicago
Debbie: hey maybe Fiona will let me visit you.
Y/N: yeah or I can go to your house
Debbie: yeah, but are you sure? My family is you won't be  able to handle them
Y/N: are you kidding? I've always wanted a big family
Debbie: okay then I warned you *adress*
Y/N: wait that's really close to my house. Wait that's right across that street!
Debbie: your saying we're neighbors!?
Y/N: yes we are!
Debbie: wait let me get ready I'm a mess!

I put my phone down and ran up the stairs to my room. I quickly changed into this:

I grabbed my phone and ran down stairs outside. I walked across the street and knocked on the door. I heard someone run and opened the door really fast.

Debbie: Y/N!!
Y/N: Debbie!!!

We had a really long hug.

Y/N: can't believe we're neighbors
Debbie: same! Imagine all the things we can do!
Y/n: We can hang out all summer!
Debbie: Yess!!

We walked in the house. It was quiet.

Y/N: where is everyone?
Debbie: probably out. Want a drink anything?
Y/N: water is fine.
Debbie: okay I'll grab a soda

She grabbed the water bottle and soda and we walked upstairs. While we were going to her room, we passed a room. Where I guess that was her brother's room.

*Debbie's room*

We had been here for hours. I had met everyone except Carl. That was Debbie's brother about our age too.

Fiona was super nice. Ian was sweet. Lip was funny but nice. Liam was super cute. Frank was drunk. And Carl wasn't home.

It was like 7:30 when the door opened.

Boy: Debs give it back!
Debbie: why do you think it was me?
Boy: because you always take my stuff
Debbie: it was probably lip or Ian
Boy: it better be

He looked at me and immediately smiled. I blushed a bit.

The boy smiled and got out of the room.

Debbie: and that was Carl. That's everyone
Y/N: big family, Debs
Debbie: yeah-
Lip: it wasn't me! It was as probably Ian!

Lip got in the room and jumped on the bed. He pulled out a cigarette and lit it up.

Lip: you guys want one?
Debbie: no thanks
Y/N: yes please
Lip: *laughs* you smoke?
Y/N: yeah, not when my parents are around
Lip: *chuckles*

He gave me the cigarette and I put in between my lips. He lit it up. I started smoking with him.

Y/N: shit!

I put the cigarette on the plate and went Carl's room. He wasn't there.

I looked at the windows and saw my parents car. I ran and bumped into Carl.

Y/N: sorry

I ran away.

Y/N: Bye Deb!!! Bye everyone!!
Everyone: bye!!!

I ran to the house. My parents were already inside. I climbed up the tree.

I got in the house by the window. I sighed and sat on my bed.

I almost got caught.
