It was finally time.
The Matchmaker named Haggar came out with her ballad and read the first name.
"Katie Holt?"
"PRESENT!" Katie said as she jumped up.
Haggar just looks at her and marked down stuff. "Speaking without permission."
"Oops...." Katie says as she wanted to face palm and followed Haggar.
Haggar let her in to her place and Looked at Katie. Sophisticated, Graceful, Beauty....but can she pull it off?
Suddenly, cricket jumped out of its cage. Katie gasped to herself as she tried to grab a hold of her tiny friend. Haggar looked back at her as Katie hid cricket in her mouth.
"Resite the final admonition." Haggar said. Katie nodded.
She takes out her fan, spits cricket out and says,"Fulfill your duties, Calmly and-" she looks at the words she wrote on her arm. "Uh..Repsectfully. Reflect before you snack-I MEAN ACT!-ThisShallBringHonorAndGlory!"
She said really quick and sighed of relief.
Haggar took her fan to check for anything suspicious.
She gave her fan back and took Katie's arm. "This way..." She said.
Haggar placed a pot of tea on the table. "Now.." Haggar says."Pour the tea. To impress future in-laws, you must show dignity, refinement..."
Katie just looks at her very dumbfouded as she accidentally pours tea on the table. She realizes and quickly pours it in the cup only to find cricket in there.
"You must also be poised." Haggar says, taking the cup of tea.
Katie immediately freaks."Um...pardon me?" She whispers calmly and politely.
"AND SILENT!" Haggar snaps as Katie keeps breaking sweat.
Haggar goes to drink the tea. Katie could no longer watch. Katie gows for the tea and tries to fet it back. "Let me see that just for a moment!" She says.
They both fighr for the tea, suddenly Haggar launches backwards onto a whole cauldron of tea..
She gets up and looks furiously at Katie. "You clumsy little-" Suddenly, cricket jumps on her and all around.
Haggar yelps as she ends up landing on the hot rocks heating the tea.
"AAAAAAAAARRRRRGGGGGHH" Haggar screams. Katie then tries to help by fanning it, only to make it worse and set an actual fire! Causing Haggar to run all over the place screaming.
Meanwhile outside, everyone stood their silently and confused by what was going on inisde.
They heard a bunch of crashing noises. "What on earth is going on in there?" Colleen asked herself. Grandma just shrugs. "It must be going well..." She says.
Suddenly, Haggar bursts out the doors on fire. "PUT IT OUT! PUT IT OUT! PUT IT OUT!!!" She screams. Katie rushes out with the one pot of tea and splashes it all over her, putting the fire out.
Katie gave Haggar one last look and returned the tea pot. She walked away from her in a rush. Cricket jumped back in his cage all "Yeah I'll show myself back in my cage."
Katie walks to her mom and grandma as Haggar walks behind her with a furious face.
"YOU ARE A DISGRACE!!!" She says. "YOU MAY LOOK LIKE A BRIDE, BUT YOU WILL NEVER BRING YOUR FAMILY HONOR!" Haggar says as she turns around and walks away.
Katie just looks down with sadness and failure. Her mother and grandma conforts her, but Katie remains upset...knowing she failed to uphold the family honor.
