You told Michael the news. He had a similar reaction to Rich's. You promised to Skype the boys at least every month and vist on school breaks. Surprisingly your mom agreed that it was fair, since she didn't give you much of a choice.

The house looked so weird now that it was full of packed boxes. The living room, kitchen, bathroom, and other rooms were all packed. All that was left now was you and your mom's rooms.

You had most of your things packed by now, But there was still a lot to be done. You were packing the things on your dresser away when you came acrossed a picture. In it were four kids around the age of ten smiling in a group hug. They looked so happy. It was you, Michael, Rich, and Jeremy. It made you smile. It was the first day of your fifth grade year when it was taken. There was many more pictures of the four of you and fond memories. The last one made you frown, though. It was your junior year picture. You shuttered at the memory. Last year was rough, REALLY rough.

Shaking it all off you packed the photos and other trinkets away. You grabbed you f/c f/a (favorite animal) plushie and giggled. It brought back the time when you and Rich went to the county fair back when the two of you were freshmen. Rich won you the f/a plushie as a gift for being his best friend BEFORE everything happened. He had tried so hard to get it for you. After about ten tries at the game he won it for you.

You hugged the plushie to your body at the delightful memory, when your phone began to ring. "Hello."

"Y/n hey! Um can you meet us at the park, like right now?" It was Michael.

"Um sure buddy,"

"Great!"

You hung up hesitant about the call. You let your mom know that you were going out and left the house. It was nice and warm outside as you walked. The sun was setting giving the sky shades of pink, orange and red. It was beautiful. You were gonna miss this.

As you walked up to the park you heard you favorite song playing.

"Insert random song lyric~" The voice sang. It was f/s by f/a (or f/b).

You smiled as you saw Michael and Rich in front of a perfectly set up table for three. You felt guilty. Everything was so perfect. Michael and Rich were all dressed up and here you were in a loose T-shirt and ripped blue jeans with your hair in a messy bun (or ponytail if you have short hair).

"Wow," was all you could say.

"Recognize this spot?" Rich asked as he took your hand gently.

You looked around to see a familiar setting,"The place where we met for the first time......" you mumbled in awe.

"Yep it sure is," Rich beamed.

"It was MY idea to have the dinner here!" Michael chimed in.

"Yeah but I wanted to have the dinner in ther first place!

"Well I called Y/n here! You didn't have the guts to!"

You laughed at the boys, "I don't care who did what, it's perfect."

"We wanted give you this,"both boys said in unison as you sat down. They handed you a velvet box. Curiously you opened it to reveal a gold chain locket.

"Guys! I love this!" You gasped with excitement.

"It's a goodbye gift since your leaving in two days," Rich explained.

"Only two days? Really? I thought I still had at least a week!" You said, "But why? I'm still gonna vist and Skype you guys."

"So you'll always remember us when we're not around," Michael added Opening the treasure. Inside the locket it had a picture of the three of you on the last day of junior year. It was beautiful.

You ate dinner after that, making jokes and recalling memories of all sorts. The food was great and so was dessert. You get out of Michael's PT cruiser claiming this as your favorite memory.
