Calum's POV 

I opened my eyes and realized that I've been asleep for like 5 hours

its been a month since he moved back here and he's been acting really weird, he's been way too concerned than the usual he's been clingy but in a good way

he always hugs me and-

wait omg calum dont yo fucking think of it

he's not gay and he will never like you damn ughh it makes me love him more god dammit

While looking through my phone

I could hear some pans hitting the ground downstairs

"Luke with his cooking" I chuckled rubbing my eyes  

The door opened and i heard some footsteps walking towards me

"Cal??" i heard a deep Australian accent 

"Yeah Luke??" I responded i turned my head and saw him scratching  his neck 

"Help me cook this" he pleaded

Pancakes......

He gave me the instruction and i started reading it 

I took a glance at Luke, he looks very hungry

"Luke I don't know if we could cook this.. I mean it's 8:30pm in the evening, we could cook this  tomorrow.." I sighed 

He pouted "I know but i want some pancakes please Cal.." he whined 

"Damn, Fine I'll help you cook..." i stood up from the bed and walked with Luke downstairs 

I headed to the kitchen and place the box on the counter "Calum, can i talk to you..." Luke cleared his throat

"Yeah what is it??" i stopped mixing the flour

He came towards me and held my hands he hesitated before saying "Uhm Cal.. I've been wondering" he looked at my hand

"what is it?" i said i can feel my heart up rising again 

"please don't take this the wrong way" he said, i looked at his face he's dead ass serious

"well it depends" i tried to set the mood right but its no use

"Cal"

"Just tell me"

"do you like me?" 

what? can you repeat that Luke? did he just asked if i like him? 

I gulped "Of course" I chuckled nervously is he on drugs right now what the fuck

"No I mean do you like me more than just a friend.. more than just a bestfriend??" he cleared his throat

What??

No he's fucking serious look at his eyes 

He is dead serious fuck

cal dont even he's waiting for your answer

he let go of my hand and starts to back away "i'm sorry i shouldn't have ask that"

i took me a minute "are you serious?" 

"do you think i'm joking?" he calmly said and took a step forward

i gulped "y-yeah" holy shit cal you're a dead man

"Really??" he raised an eyebrow and he held my hand again "i'm serious"

"Yeah" i looked away knowing that he'll hate my guts for this

Should i tell him the truth

Well yeah after all he's your BESTFRIEND

Fuck... this is a serious one, i just can't tell him

This is your only chance you coward!!!

What if he'll hate me forever cause I'm GAY HEY!!! then tell him! don't bottle this shit up you'll lose your mind

 "I'm sorry i can't yes, yes i like you more than just friend more than just a bestfriend don't you understand?!" i finally blurted it out i want to go, i tried to escape from his grip but it's no use

Tears streamed down my face, i can barely see his face. my vision is all blurry 

I was surprised at his action i thought he was gonna punch me but instead he hugged me

He pulled away giving me a smile, i was kinda confused at the fact that he's not mad

"You're.. not mad??" i asked him he wiped my tear with his index finger

"Of course not in fact i'm very happy" happy? what do you mean happy? are you being sarcastic right now i looked at his eyes and all i could see is pure happiness 

I blushed, not knowing what to ask him "Well why?" i carefully asked trying not to break the mood 

"You ask too much Cal...." he laughed "This goes nothing -----" he inhaled then exhaled 

"--- Since the party at Niall's house.... when you accidentally kissed me... i felt a spark... not just a spark but a firework.... i mean that is the very first time i ever felt that way.... i never felt the same way whenever i kiss my 'EX GF', it was you Cal all this time it was all you..... someday... the fans will understand this... I mean they ship CAKE right??---" i stopped him by nodding then he continued "--- This is taking too long.... I love you Cal, Cheesy ehh??" he ended his sentence by giving me his crooked smile + a wink

I cried again, tears of joy 

 "I.... love you too Luke soo much, I thought you were just testing me for something, but this is real im not dreaming, not anymore i have fallen for you since the day i met you and that never stopped, i thought you'll hate me if i told you" i told him

"Of course not...." he smiled again "Will you stop crying for me please??, i might cry too you know.." 

he then started to lean in... his eyes were locked into mine.. his dark blonde hair is all messed up but hot, I didn't realized that i was starting to lean in too 

Then the last thing i knew we were kissing

He smiled at our kiss, he's enjoying it i too.... we both slowly pulled away when we both heard Ashton's car parked in front of our flat 

Michael and Ashton busted in 

"Hey there CAKE" they both greeted us 

I blushed

"Hey Luke..." Ashton called out "Help me with these" he shouted

Luke rolled his eyes and he leaned in to kiss my forehead 

"I'll catch up" he shouted back "Wait for me here okay?"

I nodded 

"I love you Cal..." he whispered in my ear... sending shivers down to my spine 

It took me second to respond "I love you too Luke"

This is the new start for us i think 

A different and challenging life destiny for us 

Cheesy ehh?? Ha ha ha well problem solved i guess
