Liane's POV
Kath and I cried because of Lisa but now we've all calmed down. I hate that I'm the reason Lisa's sad tho, I feel so bad. She doesn't deserve to blame herself for what happened to me.
"Y'all wanna head downstairs and bake some cookies? Let's have fun!" Kath suggested.
Lisa and I nodded in agreement and excitement.
We all headed downstairs to the kitchen and got the baking ingredients from the pantry. Kath got the supplies we need while Lisa and I prepared the ingredients on the kitchen counter. We then started adding the dry ingredients together and mixing it together, aw well as the wet ones.
Eventually, Joey, Lauren, Dani and Nick came to join us. As expected, we had a fight. Flour and chocolate chips were everywhere, egg shells were scattered on the floor, and the cookie dough was almost thrown away by Dani.
"You guys, we need to clean this up before mom, dad and Christina sees this mess." Kath said seriously.
"But I don't wanna." Nick whined.
"Okay, then you won't get to eat the cookies." Lisa said, picking up all the egg shells on the floor and throwing them in the trash can.
Nick sighed but started to help Lisa throw the egg shells away. Lauren, Dani and I swept the floor while Kath and Joey wiped the counter and walls. We finished cleaning everything up in like 5 minutes.
"Y'all can go ahead and prepare milk and other stuff while I finish making these cookies." Kath said, making cookie balls.
We all followed Lisa to the pantry to get other snacks then prepared them on the table. We also got milk and orange juice from the fridge and set them on the table, along with the other snacks.
"The cookies are taking so long." Dani said impatiently, sitting down on one of the stools.
"The cookies were literally just put in the oven like 3 minutes ago Dan." Lisa laughed.
"3 minutes is too long if you're waiting for food when you're hungry." Joey said.
Dani nodded in agreement while we just laughed at her childlike patience. I agree that it feels like it's been a long time tho haha.

Lisa's POV
We had fun making cookies and preparing other snacks, so now we're all hungry and impatiently waiting for the cookies to bake. I think they need 10 more minutes to fully bake and I can't wait that long anymore. I can relate to Dani now haha.
"I'll have a snack while waiting for a snack." I said, opening a bag of kettle chips.
"THE COOKIES ARE READY!" Kath shouted happily.
We all grabbed at least three of them for each of us cuz we're that hungry lol. I took a bite out of one of mine and it tasted so heavenly. I gobbled all of mine down then just remembered that the others don't know we made cookies.
"Hey! Save some for the others!" I said, pulling one of the bowls of cookies away from them.
"Laur, can you please mom, dad, and Christina that we made cookies and prepared other snacks?" I asked Lauren.
"Yesh." She replied with her mouth full of cookies.
Lauren then went upstairs and told the others that we made food. We had so much fun eating and bonding with each other that it doesn't even feel like i cried. I've forgotten all about it already and I guess that's great.
After some time, we all calmed down and started cleaning up the mess we made. There are plates and glasses everywhere. Good thing the boys helped out with washing them.
"Lise, I'm tired." Liane said while hugging me from behind.
"Why don't you go upstairs already? I'll be there soon." I said while messing with her hair.
She does look tired and sleepy already. I too am tired already from all the crying and cleaning then eating then cleaning again.
Liane went to her room upstairs after I told her so. I wanna rest too so thankfully Kath and Christina volunteered to finish cleaning up the kitchen. I headed to my room after doing my part.
