*4 months later*
Lisa's POV
4 months later and everything is great. Liane never went back to therapy and she's happier than ever. We all helped her heal and forget about her trauma. It wasn't easy but we all did our best for our little sister.
It is now winter season and we're about to shop for winter clothes. Liane's really excited about it since she wants to play in the snow with our little brothers. I love how she's so happy, it makes my heart warm. I hope nothing tragic ever happens again and changes my little sister.
"Lise! Let's go!" Liane said, peeking her head into my room.
I got up from my bed and took my purse then finally walked out of my room. I followed Liane down the stairs, meeting my family in the living room. We're all going out so we're taking two cars. Dad's driving the family car with the boys while Christina's driving her car with us girls.
"You guys ready to go?" Christina asked.
We all nodded our heads then we finally got out of the house and into the cars. Christina started playing music after we all got in. The girls sang along to the songs while I just sat still in my seat, admiring their goofiness.
After a couple minutes, we finally arrived at the mall. We got out of the car then met with the boys before going inside the mall. Before actually going shopping, mom decided that it's best if we have lunch first. With that, everyone threw in their restaurant suggestions.
I wanted Chipotle, Dani wanted Chipotle, Liane wanted Chipotle, and dad wanted Chipotle, so that's where we decided to eat. We divided ourselves into two groups since we can't all eat together. I'm sitting with Liane, Lauren, Christina, Joey and Nick, while the others are sitting with mom and dad.
After finishing all our food, we started shopping. The girls and I shopped with mom, while the boys shopped with dad. We had a lot of fun trying on fuzzy sweaters and beanies. I ended up buying three sweaters, two sweatshirts and a pair of boots.
"You happy with what you got?" I asked a very happy Liane.
"I love my clothes." She replied.
She got two sweaters and a pair of sweatpants. She looks adorable in them.
"Hey, what if I buy you a polaroid camera?" I asked Liane.
I just thought of buying her something that will help her treasure memories even more. We can take polaroid pictures while playing in the snow and having fun with the whole family.
"That would be awesome!" She replied excitedly.
"We could take pictures at home while playing in the snow." She added.
"That's what I was thinking!"
"So will you buy me one?" She asked.
"Of course I will sweetie." I replied, putting my arm around her shoulder.
Liane was so happy that she hugged me so tight. We stopped by the store and got her her camera before going home. I thought we're going home already after getting Liane's camera but Christina thought of treating the little ones ice cream.
We adults paid for our own ice creams but it's fine. The little ones were having so much fun telling each other stories while eating their ice creams. I thought of taking a picture of them with Liane's polaroid camera. I took Liane's camera out of the box then walked to their table.
"Hey guys, smile!" I told them before snapping a picture.
I took the polaroid out of the slot and waited for the picture to appear before showing it to them. They're adorable as heck. They look so cute.
After a while, we finally went home and it was snowing so beautifully. The white snow has partially covered our backyard. Though it was snowing, the sky wasn't so dark. I thought of changing into our newly bought winter clothes and hanging out with the fam in the backyard.
"Do you guys wanna hangout in the backyard for a bit?" I asked my family.
They all agreed so we went to our own rooms and changed clothes. I wore my newly bought beige sweater and paired it with my plain black leggings and black boots. I also put my hair up in a high ponytail. After getting ready, I got out of my room and went to our backyard.
Kath placed a picnic blanket on the ground so it won't be so cold when we sit on it. Liane and the little boys are already playing with the snow, throwing snow balls at each other. I took a video of them using my phone.
"Why don't you take a picture of them using Liane's camera?" Mom asked.
"I forgot about that for a sec. I'll go get it." I replied then got up.
I went to the living room and found Liane's camera on the coffee table. I took it then went back outside. I sat on the stairs on the porch and waited for the right time to take a picture of the kids.
"They look so happy." Mom said, looking at the picture.
"They're the cutest." I said.
Suddenly, a snow ball hit me. I looked up and saw Joey giggling. I gave him a mean look then set the camera and polaroid picture on the floor of the porch. I then got up and started chasing Joey around.
"You wanna fight huh?" I teased him then started throwing snow balls at him.
One hit Amy accidentally so she joined the fight too until all of us siblings are snow ball fighting. I looked over the porch and saw our mom just laughing at us.
After a couple minutes, we finally settled down and just sat on the ground. Kath wanted hot cocoa so she asked us if we wanted a cup of it too. She went into the kitchen and prepared hot cocoa with little marshmallows on top.
"Hot cocoa is ready!" Kath shouted from the kitchen.
I waited til everyone got up off the ground before getting up. I picked the picnic blanket up and dust off the snow before folding it. I went inside afterwards then sat on an empty spot next to Liane. She's wrapped in a fluffy blanket while drinking her hot cocoa.
"Wanna share my blanket?" Liane asked.
I nodded then wrapped myself with her blanket too.
"I love you guys. This day is amazing." Liane said, leaning her head on my shoulder.
"I'm glad we have you back, sweetie." I replied, wrapping my arm around her.

so guys this story has finally come to an end. i couldn't think of any more ideas that'll make this story longer. i planned on giving this story a happy ending so here it is. anyways, thank u all so much for the support on this story and as well as my other stories. the amount of reads is insane. i hope u enjoyed this story as much as i enjoyed writing this, even tho i had writer's block all the time. thx again for supporting this ok bye now
